This is not the first time that I come and they treat me with horrible experience. I wanted to give them a second chance but I am sure I am not coming back. On this occasion I ordered a crossant with chese and it was...burned out that I couldn’t eat it.I called the same day on August 30th and the manager Martha informed me she was going to take care of me on my next visit. I went on September 3rd and I asked for Marha and the employee informed me that he couldn’t do anything about it until the next day when Martha is there. He told me with very bad attitude showing careless for what I was telling him. At least he should’ve asked the manager on duty to offered better options instead of just ignoring me.More

I'm always in awe of this prime location for almost any business; adjacent to the interstate and a major North-South (bicycling) route which is a direct connection between the Border Highway and NE El Paso, as well as points East and West. Possibly the best...aspect is that I have the opportunity to pass BENEATH a busy and congested I-10(during rush hour). Also, I (along with many, many other people) can stop in the small parking lot for an visit in the extremely pleasant, clean interior, or, if unable to go inside, pull into the drive-through to obtain nourishment for the inevitable stop-and-go of moving West on the freeway. Recognizing that with so many (motor) vehicles present, the chances for a collision increase dramatically. I motored into the parking lot of the adjacent shopping mall and parked in a vacant slot with very few (motor) vehicles about, then walked a short distance to this busy Dunkin' Donuts. All of the staff were busy, but quite pleasant and professional filling customer orders. I was especially impressed with Brandon, who was scurrying all around, shuttling coffees, donuts, brekkie buns, and whatever else needed to be done. When I was here last week, much earlier before the rush and crush of crowd, he pretty much ran the show, answering to every need from the fewer customers (including me). The coupons allowed me to make for an easier morning at work--I was the guy who brought java & crullers!More

A friendly team of folks making tasty food and coffees, what's not to like? It's a rare treat when I find a Dunkin' Donuts on the road so I stop when I can. This was a great location and my food was perfect. I love...DD because their food and coffees are 99% trans-fat free.More

I often stop by and get my coffee and every now and then get donuts for my co-workers, this location has nice service and the product has no complaints, always a good experience, recommended, specially their dark roast coffee.

one of the few franchises that offer decaffeinated hot tea. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. We stop everytime we are in El Paso on our way in, and our way out of the city.

I like that they finally built something in the central part of town (El Paso, TX). Donuts could be fresher but the service is always great.

I go to the a new shop on Montana Street. I usually go in the afternoon and the selection they have is slim to say the lest. The 1st 5 donuts I asked for they were out of this last time so I just left...the drive thru. They often say the truck hasn't gotten there yet with the donuts. Often the donuts are very stale and unfit to eat.More
