What gem on Mesa St., away from downtown, away from the university. This is El Paso's best, excellent food and service, every little detail is considered. Smoking patio is great (climate controlled) with excellent service and one of the best stocked cigar humidors in El Paso. The grill has a very attentive staff and a willingness to go the extra... When in El Paso, you will find a lack of fine dining. There is Cafe Central in downtown, of course. And then there is the Dome. But on Mesa st., they are hard to come by. But look no further. This is truly a fine dining experience. The service is great, the food is tasty, and the decor is elegant.

This restaurant is perfect for a business meeting or date night. It's tastefully decorated, service was great and the food was very good. I had the Chilean sea bass with mango ricotta. So good!!! They also have a very good wine selection. Prices are not inexpensive.

I like this place a lot and would recommend it for lunch or dinner. To be honest, even the breakfast was fabulous! Great spot in El Paso for a meal and a nice atmosphere!

The Mesa Street Grill has the best steak that I have ever had. It was perfectly cooked, juicy and absolutely the best! Three of us all ordered the same surf and turf and each had the same wonderful experience. The service was outstanding! This is THE restaurant in El Paso, Texas to go to. A colleague who is staying in... More

We were greeted by a lovely young woman, escorted to a comfortable table. We had a superb waiter who brought the most delicious balsamic vinaigrette dip for our jalapeño bread. Yum. The salmon was tender and delicious, the rice ( which I usually pass on) was so flavorful! The dessert made at our table by our waiter was delicious and... More

The Prime New York steak was most disappointing, plenty of marble, it was however cooked to order but not the quality of meat for the price paid. I ordered Avocado Fries which were still somewhat frozen and returned them as unacceptable, the waitress was apologetic and said she would inform the chef. I never heard back from her much less... Went to the Mesa Street Grill to celebrate my birthday last night. My wife and I had 6:30 p.m. reservations. I ordered the 30 oz. Waygu Beef Tomahawk steak ($78). The wife ordered her usual, the Double Pork Chop. I ordered my steak medium rare. The steak came out well done. I informed the waiter, and he took the steak... More

The restaurant is in a new location on the same street and it is beautiful, but while the food quality is generally good, the prices have remained rather hard to swallow. We have frequented the restaurant for nearly a decade and frankly, we only go there when a friend requests to meet us there. Why? The prices. The service is... More
