My spouse ordered a chicken sandwich only to get 3 soggy chicken strips. Ordered a chili cheese fries onky for it to be dry & chili was dry. No sauce whateverso ever. I ordered a hamburger only to find out they drenched the both sides...in mayo. I couldn't even find the thin burger patty. Never again. Waste of my money.More

The manager is a very unprofessional person. He can not be running a business. He does not have education, customer skills. I never going to go back never ever. Customer service is the most important skill for a business but the company need to pay...more attention who they hire for a manager positionMore

When I walked in I noticed the manager, not a FOH employee, working quickly to fix the ice machine.he even cane to our table after and offered to fill my drink. The staff was friendly. Food came to our table quick. And THE BATHROOM WAS...CLEAN!!!More

Went to this Johnny Rockets on a Saturday and had a great burger. The fries were cooked just right and the burger was juicy. The staff are very friendly and checked to see if i was happy. The bad things about this site are there...are only 10 parking spots and room for only 5 booths. Ive never seen one so small. The drive thru is popular! Overall good spot for a good meal.6More

After visiting some old haunts in west El Paso my friend and I were a little hungry. We choose the Sliders, 2 Milk Shakes and some Onion Rings to share. The Sliders were bland, boring and simple. Not really worth the cost. The Onion Rings...were very inadequate. The batter fell off as we tried to eat them and they were soaked in oil and flavorless. Both items didn't sit very well in my stomach. The only redeeming factor was my Strawberry Milk Shake. It was thick and sweet. Not a real milk shake but good for what it was. I can see college students eating here when time is short, but it's not a place for a good meal. It's a poor choice for food, like any fast food eatery.More

I went to this Johnny Rockets expecting it to be like the rest of the Johnny Rockets restaurants in which I have dined. In my experience Johnny Rockets is a sit down type restaurant, but this was a drive through fast food establishment. Having said...that the food was about what you would expect from drive through fast food establishment, pedestrian.More

I was pedaling back to my East-side home from Tour de Tolerance, held at the Sunland Park CasinoNM, which just beyond far West El Paso. I cutting through the UTEP campus, West to East, and had my choice of eateries on Mesa Street to quell...my grumbling stomachs. At the corner of University & Mesa, I spied this new eatery, Johnny Rockets, which I had heard good things about, so I figured I'll learn the truth. I was extremely pleased to find parking relatively easy for my Doublevision--I can't use the usual bike rack designed for uprights--which was inaccessible anyway as it was hidden behind tables & the drive through lane. No matter, I was going to enjoy this eatery, recharge my cell at an outdoor outlet. Besides wanting some solid food, I had a hankering for a real vanilla shake. I was so incredibly dissappointed, but then it may have just been one more thing because the outlet was not hot, and there were no outlets anywherre else throughout the restaurant. Of course, maybe I'm not being fair; just because I couldn't figure out how to fill my waterbottle with ice from a new-fangled machine which takes less space and presumably less mess or waste of ingredients (including ice); this could be my way of justifying this one of the very few less than outstanding 5-stars reviews I've ever written. Anyway, I was able to sustain myself and continue pedaling. But I'll never return to this eatery again, regardless of how friendly the staff is.More

The burgers were average, and the atmosphere was too modern. Three of us came for dinner for the first time. It was more expensive than other nice sit-down restaurants in the area. We did like the chili cheese fries.

Nice, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Kindof small inside. Did have nice seating outside. Burgers were great. We had the green chile cheeseburger in a wrap. They used a great lettuce, not just iceburg. Was very tasty. The French fries were good also! The shakes...were delicious!More
