I've eaten at this place a few times now and am still searching for something that is above average. I had some godawful fish tacos my first visit. The fish pieces were in slivers that were so small I'm not sure there was actually any fish inside that breading. Since then, my meals have been decent. Prices are reasonable and... More

We have frequented this place since it was at it's first location. It's reliable and fast. Good lunch with friendly owners and staff. Try the tamales or soup for a good treat!

Donald Trump would faint (don't revive him). This place is owned & run by real messcans and they can COOK up a storm. The salsa is free and the chips hot and frequent. Get the queso too, you'll love it. Order anything on the menu, I haven't found anything disappointing.

Perfect combination of a tasty lunch, great price and excellent service - all conviently located for downtown workers. I've eaten here often and never had a bad experience. #13 Chicken quesadilla are my favorite. And the guacamole is delish!

Cotija's is located in the Legacy Hotel, which is NOT a nice hotel, so I hope the restaurant stays in business. The food and service are very good, and the owner is friendly. I would recommend this place if you're in a hurry and need a quick bite that isn't fast food!

I have eaten at a lot of different Southwestern/Mexican restaurants. My business partner kept telling me how good it was and based on the hole in the wall look I found it hard to believe. I am game to try most anything once so since it was right next to the regional office, off we went. After sampling some excellent... More

I've eaten at Cotija's 3X since my office moved to the downtown area. All three times the food and the service were excellent. The chips are fresh and warm, the red salsa is very tasty, and the green salsa is good and hot. This is the best Mexican food downtown, and they have sufficient seating for the lunch crowd. The... They're only open for luck on weekdays, but they're always packed. As soon as you sit down you're greeted with chips and salsa. Delicious food and the ability to get in and out quickly (when you can find a table) keep me going back.
