Whether you're visiting or you live in LR dinner at Doe's must be on your To Do list. The best steaks in town served with warm Little Rock love. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Order anything (though the tamales and the steaks are incredible) because everything's delicious. You'll talk about your visit for... More

My go to restaurant for a fast and delicious lunch. I always get a burger and fries, except the one time I had tamales. Their burgers are the best, so I can't get past trying anything else again. Would like to try their steak sometime when I go there with my husband.

Let me start with a simple...Go experience Doe's with a group, you'll need the support to have any hope of finishing all the food but you'll all enjoy it! This is a Little Rock must I like Doe's and it represent 'old' little rock in its hey day! However while the food is great if you like gargantuan steaks, the... More

This place is overpriced, in a crappy part of town near a soup kitchen it looked like. Restaurant exterior and interior look like a scene from Walking Dead - old, outdated, needs major upgrades and renovations. Food was great but did not like the family style with a work group. Not a place I will recommend or revisit if ever... More

Food was good, but I am wondering if the health code standards in Arkansas low because there is no way that place passed!! Place is old and dirty. If you're charging $40-60 per person you can clean up the joint a little bit right??...sheesh!! I can definitely tell people I've been there, but I'll never go back...

Where to begin, I ordered the Tamales and Fries with chili. The Tamales were HARD and had dry spots on the ends like they were OLD. Flavor was absent as well as visual appeal. The bowl of OIL/Chili was very lack luster and unappealing to say the least. No flavor at all. The fries seemed as if they sat under... More

Our group of 6 all ordered the cheeseburgers and they did not disappoint. Tip: if you want grilled onions on your burgers, you need to specify that. (no extra charge) If not, you will get raw onion. I personally was underwhelmed with the French fries. They seemed overdone and dried out, but no one else in the group complained. (nor... More

This is a one of a kind place. (Ok, it is a small chain but you wouldn't know it!) This is probably the best steak that I have ever had. My family perferred Ruth Chris' but I felt that the steak here was amazingly tender and tasty. We had a 2.5 pound T bone for the 3 of us. It... More

This used to be the favorite Bill Clinton's favorite steakhouse and the walls in the "front room" are plastered with pictures and other memorabilia from that era. The food is good, but not refined, and very high cholesterol. Every time we visit the place, we have broiled shrimp and tamales for appetizer and a pre-ordered porterhouse, served family style, with... More

Doe's is an experience. It's not cheap (fortunately the company was paying) but their steaks are very good. You should plan on going with a group because they are going to bring a half a cow and it would be a shame to leave any behind. I have had better steak but Doe's is consistently good and the atmosphere is... More
