Really good spicy fried chicken. Cooked to order so don’t expect it sooner than 25 minutes or so at the earliest. In the meantime chow down on fried okra. It was outstanding. The sides served with the meal were okay but the chicken is the...star as it should be. Mine was perfectly cooked. Service was good but we were there for late lunch so it wasn’t crowded. Servers were extremely friendly.More
The chicken is really good! However I feel like they’re over there head for having a tittle of world’s most famous chicken.Customer service is horrible. I’ve been on hold for more than 10 minutes while she is on the background laughing. She is also very...rudeMore
Started out with slow service from the waitress but when she did finally come over to take our order she had a sweet spirit about her so that made up for the tardiness. I ordered the 3 piece dark plate that come with baked beans...and slaw. All plates come with beans and slaw. I substituted the beans for fried okra. I also ordered their fried green tomatoes. I'd say it took about 20 minutes before the food came out..a little slow but it was okay. The fried okra was average the slaw was horrible BUT THAT FRIED CHICKEN WAS DELICIOUS! Seasoned just right, hot out the fryer and just crispy enough. I was very pleased and would recommend that you try this place. Fried green tomatoes was okay nothing special. Price was pretty good.More
I don’t like writing a bad review but I also don’t want anyone to waste their time here. We went at one on a Wednesday. We waited an hour to get food. There were four people in the whole restaurant. We had to ask for...silverware three times before we could eat once we finally got food. The food itself tasted like something my 3rd cafeteria had. To say I love was under impressed is the nicest way I can say it .More
When I say slow, I mean, at least an hour for fast-food type food. Finally, got our food, the crust on the chicken was tough, sweet tea was a melted-ice mess, sides were fast-food junk.Don't waste your money.

we were traveling through Little Rock on our way to Florida. We stopped in Gus's late afternoon with a 7 year old and a 4 year old. The waitress worked well with us and did a very nice job in explaining the menu. Both children ate well and enjoyed. Plenty of sides to choose from. it worked for the 5 of us. Excellent location for the riverfront area & attractions.
