I haven't ever had a bad meal at Flying Fish. Their fried fish is some of the best around. The pieces are always really big and juicy without leaving you with a "wonder if that fish was fried long enough?" The shrimp are huge and fried perfectly. The homemade cocktail sauce is just a little bit too hot for me.... More

We arrived early for dinner and the line was not too long. But as we ate, the line kept getting longer! The fish and fries were good as usual. Service was fast. They seem to run a very efficient kitchen. It can be a little noisy when the place is full. But it seems to add to the character of... More

One of the more well established places in the River Market, Flying Fish can take care of your seafood needs. Fried or grilled, fish or shrimp this place has consistently provided great food. Fun atmosphere for families or just a date night.Beer and wine makes this place even better. My last visit was just a take out for fish tacos... More

Love the Flying Fish. Food is well prepared and quick. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Great quick lunch with friends. Food is fried but not greasy. No after effects

I always look forward to eating at the FF. My first mediocre experience. Avoid the grilled trout - over grilled and dry. The fried oysters OK, nothing special. Old dry lemons so I asked for fresh ones. Iconic place, but slipping.

This restaurant, part of a small chain in this part of the country, is located in Little Rock's River Market District, and, for some reason, always seems busy (hence the description as having a "Cult Following."). The catfish, fried of course, is average to above average, but there are a number of better places in the Metro area. The seafood,... More

You can get seafood, boiled or fried and the frosty beer mugs are great! Casual, fun, atmosphere which is very laid back, with counter food pick up.
