We have been to the location in Bentonville, AR and were excited to find this duplicate in Little Rock. It is an informal, laid back atmosphere accompanied by delicious food. My young kids love the fun paper boats their catfish, fries, and hushpuppies come in complete with a little toy and animal cookies. Great place for the entire family!

This restaurant is located in the riverfront market within walking distance to the Clinton library. The place is usually packed for lunch, that is how popular it has become in Little Rock. They are however very efficient with how quickly they make and serve the food. Every dish we have always had is delicious but our particular favorite are the... More

Recently I ate at the Flying Fish for probably the fourth or fifth time. I never miss going when I am in Little Rock. It is always crowded, but the crowd is part of the ambiance, so I never complain. They have a huge menu which you most often have to read off the wall above the ordering counter. There... More

Be prepared to stand in line. It moves fast and its good food. I don't think it's anything outstanding but it's good and the atmosphere is as well. Small place so if you have a large group you might call ahead.

Myself and some co-workers went here on a Sunday night and no one really was impressed with the food. The fried pickles are paper thin and gumbo was mediocre. The fish and shrimps were battered VERY heavy and didn't seem very seasoned. The only one that enjoyed her food had the crab legs...which are hard to mess up. I don't... More

If you come on a weekend at lunch or supper, you're almost guaranteed to have to wait in line but it's worth it. The catfish basket, fried pickles, and french fries are really good. The tartar sauce is about the best you'll ever have! Really cool place in general. If you get their stamp card, you'll get a free meal... More

This place is really insane! The best fried fish I've had in years. We split a "hogilicous" and it was still a lot of food! Fresh, delicious, really wonderful.

Fish very good, fast service, and people were very nice. Easily getting into because of ample parking.will definitely will return.

Flying fish is a low key family oriented type restaurant. The seating is sometimes limited but it's fun to look at all of the fish pics and mounted fish on walls while waiting. Love it when they open window doors into street making it feel like your in a terrace eating. Fast and good service and the food is good!... More

I can't say enough about this place. I was in town for work, alone on a Saturday evening. The crowd was so friendly, I found myself invited to sit with a great family and their guests. I over bought and over ate but did not over pay. Every single thing was delicious and the atmosphere cannot be beat.
