First of all this is Arkansas, not Dublin. We have been going to Hibernia every few months for the past year or so for our Friday family dinner. Its true about music performances. They crank up around 7:30 on Friday and Saturday night. We are usually out of there by then. But when we stayed for it I haven't been... More

First time in a while we have been to Hibernia. We didnt realise that it was the folk club night until we sat at the bar and ordered a pint.We were told that we would have to buy a $15 ticket if we were staying past 7-30,we were still nursing our beers at 7-25 only to have the organiser of the... The corned beef and cabbage was amazingly delicious. Huge amount of food. Three giant slices of tender corned beef with a delicious sauce. A hearty portion is seasoned cabbage, a mound of chunky potatoes, and a slice of Irish soda bread that had been grilled on one side. My MiL had the creamy chicken and ham soup. While the soup... I go every Monday for trivia night...I've never had anything here that wasn't good. Good time for HR and Pixie is always kind and helpful.

I've given this place three visits and neither one of them was I impressed. It's a re-purposed bar from the 70s where the owners spewed "Irish" decoration. The menu is deceiving. Bangers and Mash is a plate of mashed potatoes slathered with French Onion gravy and three breakfast sausages you can get at Kroger. Their wings are fresh from the... More

The owner means well, but the help is beyond hope of administering the astoundingly overpriced drinks without a fatal attitude problem. A lot cooler places in town to waste your hard-earned money and time.

We had dinner at Hibernia and were very pleased. The food was good, service was fast and friendly. We were there early so it wasn't crowded and the band was doing a sound check. I had the meat pie and was very pleased. We will have to return again and come later so we can listen to the band. The... More

I had been aware of its presence for a few years, but never entered the bar until today. What a great place! No smoking. Bar food. Live music in the evening. My favorite beer, Smithwicks, on draft. We shared the fish & chips. Very tasty. Next time, I'll try the Irish bread pudding. We were there in the afternoon and... More

I have never had a bad time at this local pub. My husband and I are regulars....we come for the live music. On weekends there is always some great local music, and never a cover. The atmosphere is friendly, and it is the type of place where a family with kids can enjoy a meal. The food is mainly typical... More

This place is my favorite spot. The owner, Gerry, is a true Irishman and has succeeded in bringing a taste of his homeland to central Little Rock. On weekends, the pub is typically filled with fun live music (of my favorite shows to see there is a band that calls their style "stout Irish rock," the Blaggards - a friendly... More
