Only 1 full entree of 3 listed on the buffet menu-no catfish and 1/2 chicken breast. Food was either lukewarm or cold. Severely understaffed so I got water for our table from the lobby. The salad and cheesecake were the redeeming foods. Chased down staff...for coffee and the bill. Definitely not a well oiled machine -find another place.More

Ate dinner there one evening... big mistake. Chick gumbo and Bridges Burger were barely warm. Even though I was 1 out of 3 eating at the restaurant, it took over 30 minutes to get dinner.

My wife and I stayed at the Doubletree, Little Rock and enjoyed breakfast and room service provided by Bridges Restaurant. The restaurant is elegant, but service makes you feel right at home. Oh, and the food was also very good. The room service prices are...only slightly higher, but well worth it, if you prefer to eat in the comfort of your room.More

Wow - first and last visit to Bridges. We were the only ones in the restaurant to start with. Our waitress was attentive and lovely. That is all I can say good. Our food - 3 entrees - were awful. The risotto was crunchy and...the shrimp placed on top was singular - as in one small shrimp. And did I mention the entrees were $28+ a piece. I would suggest having a drink in the cool bar and then heading out to find a better place to eat. This restaurant had/has an opportunity and they are blowing it!More

We both had the Bridges Burger, I without the bun and my husband with the bun. My husband got rid of the bun after one bite because the burger was too big. The fries were crisp and hot; ask for tarter sauce for the fries.

We had reservations for four at 5:30 pm. First of all, it was like pulling teeth to find someone to even put water in our glasses. The buffet consisted of pecan encrusted tilapia (a fish I'll never eat because who knows where it comes from),...brisket that was more fat than lean, and baked chicken with bbq sauce on it. There were two choices of mixed vegetables, a good variety of desserts, salad made out of iceberg lettuce, but no potatoes or rice. I got wings and shrimp and grits off the menu. But my appetizer and entree were served together. Wings were good. Shrimp & grits were ok, but cold by the time I finished the wings. My wife ordered a salad, was disappointed w/the iceberg lettuce. We had a hard time figuring out who our waitress was because no one ever checked on us after we made our orders. The other couple got the buffet. The wife would not have if she had realized there were no carbs on it. She said the mixed vegetables were also disappointing. The couple at the table next to us waited 45 minutes between ordering and getting their food. We won't be going back.More

With a name like "Bridges" one might think one would have a view of those. Nope. Their web page neglected to say that anytime there was a performance at Robinson Center (just next door AND quite often) that only a buffet and an attenuated menu...would be served. Piccadilly has a better buffet and buffet food (indeed, "low rent" Chinese buffets are better). The a la carte beef brisket was okay on the beef side, but the green beans were cooked to mush even for me (I am a Southerner and like well cooked vegetables!). Service was bad (slow to take order and even slower to get the food).More

The breakfast buffet has pretty limited cooked offerings, lots of fruit, muffins, and a small assortment of dry cereals & oatmeal, but it's good. Servers seem overwhelmed when there are more than a few tables occupied, but they were pleasant people.

Room Service was very nice and the food was delicious. Did not want to eat in the dining area alone so I chose room service.
