We had a large group that had preordered. Food was very tasty and service was quite fast for a large group.

Limited menu options . Older ambiance inside. Over priced . Staff was good . We both ordered rib eyes at $35 a piece and they were average at best . Definitely no better then a $15 dollar steak at Outback . We were let down.

This is a supper club like Wisconsin has…nice salad bar. Honestly the cut of meat was just mediocre for what you pay. We didn’t leave hungry but left just a bit disappointed.

I wasn't hungry for a big meal but the desserts looked so good online. I was promptly seated and advised the server I was only there for dessert. She was happy to accommodate and helped me decide. I got the chocolate lava cake. Served nice...and warm and oh so tasty. The cake was very sweet but the ice cream toned it down and made for a great combination. Very reasonable price. I was staying at the campground less than a mile away so it was an easy choice for a treat. The server was very nice and even commented nicely that she never thought to come to a place like that just for desert - and alone to boot. She thought it was great and may try it herself. Made 5:00 reservations (their opening time) the day of, around 3:30 midweek. Had the foresight to back our F350 into a parking place - the lot is on the main road, although there is a back parking lot. Place filled up fast. Until we got...ready to leave, at 68, we were quite possibly the youngest there. Waitress was great. Excellent shrimp cocktail appetizer with a very zesty sauce. I overheard many raving about the ribeye. My wife’s assessment - ‘…had better, had worse’. I haven’t had Ahi Tuna since coastal Alabama so it was hardly a fair comparison, though it did look delicious. As a retired science type, I am probably the least COVID paranoid person around, but everyone using the same utensils at the salad bar? A great source of transmission for any pathogen.More

This is our friend's favorite restaurant in (near) Cedar City. We now agree! Set up in the mountains it was a beautiful drive to get there. Good thing we had reservations because it is always busy at dinnertime. I ordered the Ahi Tuna which was...had a delicious sauce, my wife loved her salmon, and everyone else enjoyed steaks.More

The food was bland and pricey! I was so disappointed after reading the reviews. I couldn’t recommend it to any one. Maybe they have a new cook or something. The waitress was the only high point.

How can there possibly be a negative review of this eatery! We're from Iowa and know our meats. Out of the way, but worth it.

What an amzing place! We ate here a few weeks ago, and were not disappointed at all! My wife and I are from Paris, so we have eaten some delightful meals. This place was great and so yummy! The best part of our visit was...the waitress. She is a small blonde girl named Sara. WOW! We have visited 28 countries, and she has by far been our most favorite waitress! She was amazing, and funny, and attentive, and all the above!!! So I highly suggest if you got here, to request her!! She will leave a mark on your heart, thats for sure!!!More

How is it I've visited this little town and never heard about Milt's? The locals were all there meeting friends and family for dinner. It's only 5-10 minutes past the main town of Cedar City. Reservations were easily made 2 hours before. The prime rib...melted off the fork. Baked potatoes were perfectly cooked. We filled our plates at the salad bar. The fresh rolls tasted like comfort food. There were appetizers I want to try next time like artichokes or artichoke hearts. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! I felt like a local myself and would want to meet up with friends every Friday night for dinner. (masks not required right now, drinks available, reservations accepted, 10oz prime rib meal was $28)More

Milt's has been there for many years. I remember the baked potato was fine, steaks and prime rib a little tough, but OK. Salad bar was full of delicious selections.
