I came by at about 3pm and ordered three tapas for myself, the burrata, ravioli, and NY steak strips. They were all really good. Presentation of the dishes was lovely, each was a small portion, so it was nice to try a few different things...without getting too full. The view is of course, gorgeous. I came on a sunny day so I was very impressed. The server kindly offered to take my photo as well. All in all a positive experience.More

The menu is limited. The portions are small. Service was ok. The view was fabulous (But you can't eat the view) Stop by for a drink and to take in the view. Then, move on.

Extremely recommended for chic taste but not big portions. We went for a very late lunch at 5pm and still serving everything in the menu. Service is very kind and friendly, views where better than expected. I’m vegetarian and ordered a few plates with the...rose wine and everything was soo good. Not big portions as maybe some are looking for, but the taste of everything was extremely delicious!!More

Perfect place to admire the views. We had a nice lunch, but we came here for the view, which was simply amazing.

How much of menu is tapas small plates (majority) should be better listed on the website menu. And the plates are the tiniest of tapas. So incredibly overpriced for how little food you get. And the food wasn't anything to write home about. Know that...you're basically paying for the view. It's worth it only if you go for the buy one get one free happy hour drink special, take pictures of the view and get the wings. Wings were very tasty and you get 6 of them, which is a lot compared to the other tiny dishes. But it's 6 wings for $13! Again you're paying for the view. We went before sunset to get a day view and when we left it was the incredible nighttime view.More

Great bronzino for two and great Sunday brunch w/ avocado toast. I wish they had a couple of more servers for the number of tables they have to service.

The place is conveniently located above and in front of the 9-11 Memorial and the view is worth the visit, nevertheless food options are limited and quality is average.

Great place to have lunch. The restaurant is located above the hotel providing a scenic view of the World Trade Center and memorial, which is right across the street. The menu is somehow limited but quite frankly you don't go there for the food, you...go there for the view.More

I already had lunch here with my mother exactly one year ago. So I was not sure if it could meet the high expectations I created when I told my family about my first stay. But we all had a great time and the food...was as delicious as expected. The asparagus risotto was cooked perfectly even for somebody who lived in Italy for a few years and also the rest of the meals where just perfect. And the fantastic view did the rest to make our stay here very special.More

Nice view. Horrible breakfast. Eggs over easy were hard. Toast was cold and old. Ordered fruit instead of potatoes and they served potatoes. Service was faulty. Come for the view. But skip the food.

Hi, I am not sure. Probably not. We didn't need reservation for later dinner and got great table right by the main window with great views.
