For travelers in NYC, this food store offers everything you need from morning to evening. I like sushi, sandwitches and freshly pressed juice. You can buy food here to eat in the Central park.

The bathrooms definitely are wheelchair accessible in Columbus Center and there are elevators, they are not immediately obvious , but they are there and a number of them. Just keep in mind can get very crowded on weekends.
