We met with four of our friends for dinner, and had a wonderful experience. The food was well prepared and delicious. The ambiance and decor are exceptional. Service is very good. Just a short walk from several theaters.

This very busy, popular restaurant serves up some very good food. Our party of 4 shared several dishes dishes from Chow Fun to Bok Choy & Mushrooms. Everything was delicious. I observed some very good looking large specialty soups at nearby tables. The prices were mid-range; the staff friendly and helpful, and definitely a place to come back to in... More

They sat us at a round table which was great. Crowded and busy as to be expected, but the food was very good. Will be returning soon. Soup dumplings not as good as Mott Street. Noodle soup disappointing, but the main dishes were all tasty.

Offering a lunch menu for $8.50 we found the food fresh, tasty and the service a bit brusque but fast

We stopped by Ollie's on our way back to our hotel one night. We had the Chicken and Eggplant in garlic sauce and the Beef Shanghai noodle soup. Both were very good and service was attentive. A loud table in the corner was disturbing a few customers but was far enough away not to bother us. Fairly reasonable prices for... More

We spotted this coming out of a play and took a shot. It was really good. Busy but not so much as to be unpleasant. Many Asians of differing ehtnicites eating there. I had the Mei Fun Triple something with shrimp, pork and beef. Excellent. My wife had a more vegetable oriented dish which was alos very good. Portions were... More

Firstly- don't come here expecting any frills. It really is just a case of walk in- get seated- get served and go. Food is okay (for the price it's quite good as it's cheap) $40 for two drinks, two rice, two main dishes, tax and tip. Not bad. Secondly- the staff won't give you the time of day- one actually... Excellent and authentic Sichuan foods with great service at reasonable prices. The restaurant is almost always busy and I highly recommend the food if you like spicy Sichuan cuisine. The service was very quick and attentive and the prices are very reasonable. All together a great experience and I highly recommend the restaurant.

Truly sophisticated cuisine for a moderate price. We dined there and had take-out at least 4 times in one week. Just Love their food. we would watch what other people were eating so that we could order those dishes next time. So much variety, prepared perfectly, generous portions, reasonably priced. Look forward to going back. Great location on 42nd street.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
