This is the most accessible and least expensive of four major restaurants in the Time Warner Center on Columbus Circle. It's on the third floor of the indoor shopping mall. The food is tasty and well served, but somewhat expensive compared to simpler alternatives in the area. However, the view through the glass wall looking over Columbus Circle, Central Park... More

Stopped for late breakfast before Lincoln Center. Very nicely done and presented eggs Benedict and quiche Lorraine. Excellent none rushed service.

We had foie gras for lunch and it was realy good. We had chardoney white wine, which costed $16, but was not as good. Total price for 2 was $93 + tips. The view over to Columbus Circle was exciting, with the buzzling traffic. Recommended

We decided to have brunch at the cafe in the mall at Columbus Circle on our last morning in NYC, but found that it doesn't open until 10:00 a.m. So we wandered around the nearly empty mall for a while. We were seated immediately at 10:00 and ordered Eggs Benedict, but the entree didn't arrive until 45 minutes later, and... More

Great place for a nice mimosa and a great treat from an amazing bakery. The deviled eggs were so unique a drop of spice to them.

I'm familiar with Bouchon, and was hoping to visit. When I read about the grilled cheese and tomato soup lunch, this became a destination. It was delicious comfort food, elevated with quality ingredients. I also got a bag of their bouchons, which are little cork-shaped chocolate cakes- and some madeleines, and a croissant, and a kouinan anan pastry, and some... More

Came here twice on my trip just for one thing... the Almond Croissant I don't want to compare it to some that I had in Europe... However, they are not cheap but at least they're filled with it(Almond)... :0) Very Good taste indeed and to be honest, there aren't as many places I know in North America, that do them... More

The city offers so many great bakeries these days. I'd avoid Bouchon Bakery. Their cream puff is only thing that is edible.

This bakery has very buttery pastries and breads/rolls. Best of all, their chocolate bouchons (like a mini-brownie puff) are out-of-this word for chocolate lovers like me. Alhough each bouchon is small, I eat tiny bits at a time because it is intense in flavor! The view from this bakery level of the building is beautiful too. You can observe the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
