The pizza was good but if you dont like a special taste of cheese you wouldnt like these pizza. I think it is gorgonzola or another blue cheese.

First, I must say I'm not a big fan of thin-crust pizza so take my review with a grain of salt. Speaking of salt, there is none on this pizza and that is a good thing, as some commercial type pizza gets carried away with...the salt. (This place is not a commercial type pizza place). We tried the Margarita pizza and the Hawaiian. Also had the Penne mozzarella ala vodka. I felt the Penne was blah. The Hawaiian the pineapples were not sweet, but sour. The Margarita pizza, I didn't like at all, but our daughter rated it an 8. I rated it a 4. The presentation of both pizzas was excellent. They both looked really good one the board they were scooped up on from the wood-burning fireplace which is really neat. The bathroom super duper small, but gateful they have one. The owner is very nice. So nice that I wish my review was better.More
Freshly made delicious wood fired pizza, friendly service what more could you want $10 for a pitcher of beer, not bad in New York.
We had high hopes given the high price and the high praise. It started well with an on-time delivery and error-free order. However, the pizza itself was actually terrible. The crust was burnt. The sauce was tasteless. The cheese was skimpy. The toppings, which you...pay an extra $1.75 each for, were extra skimpy. Nothing redeeming at all about this pizza, I’m sorry to say.More
I am not a pizza person. But my friend introduced me to Waldy’s to try it and I fell in love. That pizza was on point. Try their margarita and their eggplant zucchini olive pizza and you won’t be disappointed. I always look forward to...go to NYC just to have that pizza.More
Lovely crispy pizza base, they’d run out of our first choice, but our second choice was really tasty. Good friendly and efficient service - good staff, as well as pizza we had some great draft beers and “better” red wine (options were good or better!)...- a lovely Malbec. Also had a house salad which was good value. Overall a great place if you want to eat and drink well, for a good price and quickly. Self service was efficient and good choice of extras ie Parmesan, fresh herbs and chillis if you wanted to spice up your pizza. Would really recommend!More
The personal pizzas are delish. Fast service and great staff. We went back several times. Great menu and although it was often crowded, the line moves quickly and we always found a place to sit.
Had pizza and Penne mac and cheese. Both were amazing but the mac and cheese was amazing! Daughter and I could have ate there every night.
We have been here twice! The food doesn’t disappoint! The crust is ultra thin so be prepared to eat a whole one yourself. Atmosphere is typical fast pizza joint. Very casual.
We quickly searched for a pizza place nearby and this came up as recommended. We’re glad we went as the freshly cooked pizzas were a great way to start our trip and the $8 dollar small pizzas were just the right size.
I have been to wall these on several occasions and truly enjoy their thin crust pizza. They have a lamp Ray’s Pizza that is very very good and the regular plane or pepperoni is good as well. They have a mozzarella salad that’s pretty amazing...as well. If you want thin crust pizza that’s baked in a cold part of it, this is the place for youMore
We were too tired to eat out on our trip to NYC on one night. So we went to Waldy's. We waited 15 mins for a super-fresh oven fired pizza and dragged it back to our hotel room - it didn't last long! Delicious!
Waldy's was recommended to us by our hotel concierge, and we were not disappointed! Our wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas were quickly prepared and came topped with tasty, fresh ingredients. We found them delicious, the portions (a small pizza each) were ideal and they ticked all the...boxes for us.More
They forgot to put our order in. Then the pizza was cut up in weird pieces. I wasn’t impressed. Maybe just a bad night.
I paid $25 for a large pizza 🍕. The pizza was much larger than expected and the service was lightening fast. Like most places in NYC the service is good and staffs are polite. Food is good and worth the price.
