Amy's bread continues to entice people by the variety of breads, sandwich varieties, cakes , cookies, and many other temptations. I always leave with a sourdough round for my husband and several temptations for myself. After all I did walk to Amy's!!! My usual treats are nut topped roll, chocoholic twists, and sourdough nut twists. Actually I'd prefer just to... More

Our family loved picking from the selection of cakes on offer. Coconut cream cakes and chocolate brownies, with great iced latte and mocha's went down well as we rested here in the cool of the Chelsea Market. My children commented the service was friendly and helpful. I want Amy to setup in England so I dont have to miss it... More

Stopped off whilst browsing through Chelsea Market. A lovely little quaint bakery offering a good selection of coffee too. The cakes were huge watered down with wonderful cold brew coffee. A must visit if in the market.

Many of the smaller restaurants in the Village and on the West Side serve this bread. Most versions freeze very well, and one of my most pleasant jobs is to walk to one of the three outlets, buy a yroll or a sample to tide me over till I get back home, and then carry a loaf or two to... More

Stopped in for dessert for my birthday and shared a very large slice of dark chocolate cake. The best way to end a great day visiting New York City. It's small bakery and everything seems to be made fresh and homemade.

Awesome sweet treats. Courteous service, relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was typical of what is available in the neighborhood....in other words nothing to write home about.

It's very cozy, with a few tables to sit. The food is specialized in breads and patisserie. The food is delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. It's really worth it.

The absolute best black and white cookie. Also the olive oil cake was phenomenal. It had hints of orange, lemon, and almond. So moist, fresh, and delicious. So glad to find this place.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
