As we were staying round the corner we thought we would give Vezzo a try based on reviews. I called the day before and was advised to arrive at least half an hour before you would want to order as it was a Friday evening. We arrived at 7.15pm and as it was extremely humid only a few outside tables... More

Buzzy atmosphere, warm welcome, no wait and then great pizza. We'd arrived in the city at about 8pm so we got to Vezzo at about 9:30pm. It was a perfect first meal in NY for our family of four.

Two of us really enjoyed our dinner sharing a small pizza and a pasta. Both were quite good, although far from being the best I've ever had. The restaurant was bustling on a Friday night and there can be a wait, but it seems like the turnover is fast. Also, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food,... More

NYC local favorite pizza joint - the best thin crust pizza with amazing toppings. Not a hot spot for going out but just a great place to grab a pie and beer - they don't sell by the slice. If you are going during peak times you could wait up to 30 minutes for a table

We had pizzas for dinner here in the heart of Manhattan. The place is not very big. Our server was chatty and helpful. We stayed for expresso's and cheese cake after the meal. This restaurant looks like a place where the locals go for a meal.

This was an Italian Restaurant/pizzeria I really liked!. Unformal, nice straff, and very good food. Two of us had pizza, and the pizza was great! The kids had lasagne and Mac n Cheese, and they were also very happy! It was obviously popular, a lot of people, and not that many foreigners (like us!). An extra bonus.

A pleasant experience in this well run pizza place. Good service, good salad, good pizza and lasagna. Really a something in a small and busy but easy place to eat at.

I've never tasted a pizza as good as the ones we had Vezzo's. We visited twice over 4th of July holiday weekend and were not disappointed. Delicious and very tasty.

We loved the place and the food, including desserts. Service was very good. Pizzas were amazing! Pretty crowded on a friday night, so might be a good idea to reserve a table.

Recommended by the hotel concierge and boy was he right. Excellent thin crust pizza loaded with delicious fresh topping, great atmosphere, great service. Added to my favourites, will be going again.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
