This was one of the places I had lunch and the burger was delightful and the decor was pleasant to the eyes
I work close by so this is a "go to" place for drinks after work. It can get crowded and loud but it's fun. Good drinks, good food and conveniently located right off 5th Ave. A 15 min walk to Penn Station.
We stopped in here for lunch while walking around the city ... the food was so good, and the portions were generous. Atmosphere was relaxed yet classy. Will definitely stop back in.

I don't find Butterfield 8 to be exceptional in any way but it is an above average bar/restaurant in just about every way. The bar area is spacious and they have TV's everywhere so it's a bit of a sports bar accent on what is...More

I've planned two events here, a corporate event with 30+ people and my birthday party with 25+ people. Both were open bar events for 2 hours. The staff is extremely easy to work with, very professional and prompt in responding. In my experience all (within...More
Dropped in to this beautiful well appointed bar for a lunch while wandering the city today. Was welcomed by an Irish bar lady who was real Irish not pretend American. Was engaged in conversation & served a nice meal that was exactly what it said...More
