For those of us who actually live in NYC, it can feel difficult to find a rest7that doesn't feel like a tourist trap in the Theater District. With the help of TripAdvisor today, we decided to check out Perfect Pint, 45 street, off 7th Avenue. We'd gone to see An American in Paris and wanted an early dinner. What a... More

Sometimes you need a dark quiet bar and a cold beer. This hit the spot! Personable bartender. Many craft beers to choose from. Our appetizers were very good. Although I've forgotten what it was! Haha

Got here right at 5:30 was able to get a table. By 6pm the place was packed. Food and services was excellent. Chicken dumplings and boom boom shrimp were delicious and a great starter to go with a few rounds of beers right after work. Large screen TV's everywhere, great location to watch a game. We got to watch Olympic... More

We had dinner here tonight to escape the fast food and takeaway restaurants. Excellent place ro have dinner and a beer just sitting at a table. Food is simple but very well prepared and tasty. We had the salmon (and salmon burger) and a steak. Overall very good. Nice place to escape for a minute all the crowds around Time... More

Went for lunch with the family prior to seeing a Broadway show. It was a gorgeous day to eat on the roof!!! The staff were very attentive and the food was great. The alcohol selections were just as great!! Would have loved to have stayed longer. Looking forward to going back!!!!

After reading good reviews about this pub we decided to try it out and we are really glad we did! This pub is situated right next door to our hotel so it was great as we were only in NYC for two days. The rooftop bar is awesome a relaxed vibe and staff very polite and helpful. Menu for drinks... The service at this restaurant was superb. Our waitress was very attentive, the food came quickly, and the owner checked on us twice. The onion soup was delicious and they have great daily specials.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
