I've tried the ilili and the ilili Box, and to be honest, this is one of the best dining experiences Ive ever had. This restaurant brilliantly elevates the Lebanese cuisine into a modern-ized fine dining experience, and trust me thats not too easy to do, when your working with such cheap ingredients. The best dish by far is the Duck... More

Everytime we visit NY, we go to Ilili, the food is just amazing and you have a chance to try many different plates in small portions. The lebanese red wine is very, very good, a little bit expensive though. My recommendation for this place is to order a few appetizaers and share everything.

Having tried several Lebanese (Mediterranean call them whatever u want) restaurants here in America I must say Ilili was by far the best experience. Starting with the food which was very well prepared and made me miss my home (we were actually curious if the chef had east Mediterranean origins) , then the atmosphere in the restaurant which was very... The food was very authentic, which I think is hard to find. We enjoyed the hommus, they brought my sister some crudite instead of bread as she is gluten free. But for those who are not, the bread comes out warm and delicious. We also had the warak enab (grape leaves) and mixed grill, both were quite tasty. Those three... More

We had a wonderful dinner here. The staff is great, never rushing, always informative and ever attentive. The dining room has a touch of elegance, but still feels like a place you want to bring your whole family for a dinner. And the food is very good. We tried lots of different things on the menu, and there were no... More

We ended up eating several small dishes recommeded by our server. (The mezze menu offered is suitable for larger parties.) Delicious duck, hummus, eggplant. Also a lovely, elegant atmostphere.

Had a great late night meal last night. Ilili has a lounge fitted with banquettes, low stools and tables, and the restaurant, on two levels, is simply but finely decorated. Our server was warm and approachable. We had a dinner of mezzes-small plates - and were satisfied with four to share, but we're not super hungry. Everything was well prepared,... More

A large restaurant, sectioned off to make it not seem so large. We went with someone who is Lebanese and ordered for us, which I'm sure makes a difference. The only disappointment was the monti (sad emoji). Everything else we ordered was great. Even the chicken dish was moist and delicious.
