This place was pricey, and we don't know why. We went for brunch on a Sunday. While the service was extremely fast, the food was mediocre at best. $4 for a cup of coffee/tea, and $19 for an egg white fritatta that hardly tasted like...More

When we came in, no one came to our service and we had to wait for 10 minutes just to be seated! When we finally got seated, it took us nearly 30 minutes for them to get our orders. We saw two other groups give...More

The food was "normal" and lacked the anticipated New York Deli taste. It was like an assembly line, and the employees, most of whom did not speak English as a first language, were not helpful. I explained I'd not eaten there before and wanted to...More

My husband and I go here for cheesecake whenever we are in NYC. The cheesecake is amazing, especially the strawberry. Have never eaten dinner here, so can't comment on this. Will definitely go back :)

The experience was totally disgusting! Cheesecake had old refrigerator taste! The table was filthy, service was rude, and slow , food was terrible. Don't waste your money or your time here!

Went to Maxie's after seeing an advert for it's deli style food, famous cheesecake, and great broadway views--however adverts, like movie trailers, can be extremely misleading. Maxie's Delicatessen was the worst restaurant my family and I ate at during our week in the Big Apple....More

Dined here for pre-theatre dinner one night. I understand that this is a tourist spot, but they could at least act like they care about service. Service was horrible. It was slow and unfriendly. Our server was definitely not helpful. Portions are huge, but still...More
