The food was reasonably good, though not the best we have had. The margaritas were nice. If you are an aficionado of tequila, this is the place to visit. Their list of offerings is extensive.

Stopped in for a few drinks and was not informed of large private party that dominated bar and restaurant. Overprice standard beers. Asked for Craft beer offering and was told they didn't have any. Service was ok at best. Never got a chance to eat...More

The food was awesome! I got the calamari and a crab & avocado salad. Both were great choices and filling. The wait staff was great too. I'd definitely recommend this place for lunch

Me and my wife visited the restaurant for our anniversary, the service was fast and staff were very friendly. The food was very nice, probably the best Mexican in NYC!

We sat out the front & enjoyed the world go by. The drinks & food were exactly what you would expect of a quality Mexican restaurant. Staff were attentive & fast. Good spot

We had a very good guacamole which was made in front of us. The main course (fahitas) was average. The place had a lovely atmosphere.

The Nighthawks play big band music. Technically it is jazz, but historical jazz.
is there any connection between the restaurant and the jazz show?

HIstorical jazz: big band music from the Nighthawks. They serve the same food as in the restaurant. The food is merely adequate.
