Excellent food and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Second time we were there. The ravioli with butternut squash is superb.

I love it hear. It’s tasty and staff is so nice. Thank you guys! I am staying only one day in New York, and i‘m glad I‘ve found this place nearby
This restaurant offers good Italian cuisine in a traditional NYC-style "hole-in-the-wall" setting. Both the calamari appetizer and chicken saltimbocca main course I had were good. I had no trouble getting a table early in the evening, but note this is a small restaurant. It seemed...to fill up quickly with families, so I'd recommend reservations.More
Went to this restaurant for a second time. Took some friends that hadn't been there before. Needless to say they were very impressed as was I. The food here is still as good as I remember it from my first visit. This time we had...the melt in your mouth butternut squash ravioli. They were incredible. Also went back for a second try for the gnocchi with lamb Ragu . It was just as good as the first time. The meatballs and rice balls were as delicious as always. I'm so glad to come back to this place. The only quibble I have this time is that the cappuccino machine was out of order. There is Still nothing like a good cup of coffee after a great meal. I hope they get that fixed soonMore
From the beginning it was an incredible experience. The manager/server greeted my mother and I. We explained we were waiting for my husband and were going to have some wine while we waited. He was super agreeable. My husband took almost 2 hours to get...there due to gridlock. Never felt rushed. We decided on Prosecco. Had 2 btls and a couple apps that were part of happy hour ($6-$8). All were amazing. When my husband arrived he was greeted warmly and taken good care of. George our server was awesome!! Great experience from start to finish!!! Great food, drinks and incredible service! Highly recommend!!More
Recently went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and we were so glad we came for dinner. This small restaurant is very clean & comfortable with attentive wait staff. Everything we ordered was attractively presented and delicious including fresh bread and spiced...olive oil for dipping. The three of us tried different appetizers (including a Caprese salad) and main courses (including fettuccine Sorrentina). We so enjoyed our dining experience that we came back for breakfast. We had delicious coffee and the menu had a nice selection of breakfast items including goat cheese omelet (so good).More
We were 7 people - had a couple og different antipastas...portions not small for an antipasta. But they were all good. And we some different mains....and they were all good solid italian dishes. - the one that really came out a bit off. Was the...ravioli with butternut - Brown butter and hazelnuts. It tastet like a dessert - and a full portion is a bit too much.More
Cosy little restaurant that goes out of your way to make you comfortable. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. Wait staff is very good quality for the smallness of the restaurant.
We went here for a late night snack on a Saturday night. It wasn't too crowded. The bread that is baked fresh every hour and the pesto were huge hits with the group. We had the meatballs, brussels sprouts, shishito peppers, calamari and the roasted mushrooms...with polenta. We enjoyed them so much we ended up ordering dessert-the panna cotta and cheesecake were delicious.More
We had reservations for Mother's Day and were seated right away when we arrived. The ambiance was nice. The food was great but the service was a little slow even though there were only a couple of tables with customers at first. When other customers...arrived, the service was even slower. They did not fill drinks unless you requested them. Common drinks (iced tea, soda) are not refillable. Different waiters came by the table so they were not familiar with our drinks. One waiter poured water into one of our sparking water glasses. We had to flag another waiter to get this resolved even though the waiter in error said he would get us another sparkling water. Needless to say, we did not feel rushed because the service was so slow.More
Enjoy the conversation and neighborhood vibe. Recommend Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, tagliatelle with truffle sauce, lamb ragu gnocchi and crab meat special.
Excellent food tasted, pasta & meatballs and caprese salad. Real mozzarella di bufala and delicious tomatoes selection. Friendly service and cool furnishings, mix of contemporary and traditional sensations.
Roast veggies were weak. Too much bread in the meatballs. Pasta was heavy sausage was a non tasty variety.More

Nocciola's was so great on our first visit, we went back to for a family celebration. Had made reservations for 6 but added 2 more at last minute, and they were very accommodating. As with previous visit, food and service were excellent, and prices are...very reasonable! We'll be backMore
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your family celebration and that we were able to accommodate your last minute requests. We look forward to your next visit!
WOW. What a fantastic find! I googled restaurants near Randall's Island because we went to Circque du Soleil. This one came up and sounded promising. It was that and more. We went at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty. No problem....It looked so nice we weren't worried. This is a very cute place. Small and cozy but with a modern decor. A lovely stone tiled bar, great wooden accents throughout. Antonio ,our waiter was so polite and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu. The menu was marvelous. There was a variety of 'little plates'. We tried the Arancini-rice balls. They were nicely flavored with saffron and filled with mozzarella and prosciutto. Also tried the meatballs. They were very good. The waiter was nice enough to bring us 4 of each even though they usually only serve 3. There were so many good things fom which to chose, we decided to order several to share . Grilled octopus with arugula, chick peas and spicy sausge.....fried calamari....roasted mushrooms with creamy polenta. All were delicious. All the flavors were distinct and clean, The pastas were the star of the meal. We ordered three dinner sized portions to share. You could also order smaller portions if you like. A good idea if you are dining with younger children who don't eat as much. We had the Garganelli with arugula and pine nuts. All were delicious, however the Gnocchi were superb. They were as light as a cloud and the lamb ragu was rich and flavorful. This is the dish that will bring me back again and again. We could not have been happier. Topped the meal off with great cappucino and tiramisu and panna cotta. This place is doing everything right. The pasta are so unique and all homemade. I can't wait to go back and bring all my friends. Try this place, you will love it.More
