We always stop here when in little Italy to pick up some treats to bring home. Bring back some canollies or cream puffs and you wont be disappointed. Anything from the cookies to the cheesecake are worth trying. So grab a box of heaven and enjoy.

I love this place and stop here every couple of months or so when I'm in the city. You will not find better cookies anywhere! Sure, they're not cheap but it's worth the splurge!

Oh my! Such a hot day and the Italian ice was a welcome relief. The coconut was a bit sweet but the pineapple delish! The cannoli with chocolate chips was a wee bit sweet, the French horn was perfecto and the black and white fully frosted and crispy. It was a bit of a trek but would do it again!

The cannolis were good (we got the sampler). The tiramisu was not so great but it was edible. The counter lady was nice and we would go back to sample some of the rest...

This place is delicious and the staff is friendly. The mini cannoli are a must try! The cookies are fresh and a great sweet treat. This is one of my go-to's when I come to the city. Prices are excellent as well.

So good!! I have always wanted to have a REAL canolli..... Fresh, not frozen, or too sweet and soggy. I got it! I had to come back the next daybfor more before heading back down south. Take the time to visit this gem and you will not be disappointed.

Never miss a chance to enjoy one or several delicious Italian dessert in this famous bakery! We've been coming here for years every time we make it to NYC. I love that they serve a mini size of most of their scrumptious treats. Cannolis, creme puffs, eclairs, napoleons and the dozens of specialty cookies are just the beginning!

Fantastic Italian pastries and cookies! Fantastic Italian pastries and cookies! Fantastic Italian pastries and cookies! There may be imitators that try to match La Bella Ferrara. But this is a slice of heaven in Italian form. Just walking in the door, you are transported by the wonderful aroma and your sight is dazzled by what the display cases offer. Do... More

Stopped here twice on my NYC trip. I have visited a different pastry shop in the neighborhood in the past but preferred this one. The cannolis were excellent! Also bought 3 pounds of assorted cookies which were enjoyed by all. Would look forward to returning on my next trip. Craving one of these delicious cannolis right about now! Enjoy!

Was looking for the little cannoli bakery that I visited when I was in New York a few years ago - I think I found it. Not the flashy signage and they don't proclaim to have the best, they just unobtrusively serve the finest cannolis in Little Italy! Had chocolate covered cannolis and the server offered to sprinkle with powdered... More

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
