We had a Sunday lunch here. The service was good and the food ok. However the portions were small and way overpriced for what we got. The menu was very, very limited, on top of which they were out of “fish and chicken.” A family...More

Warm welcome; great cocktail menus - theatrical bar - good service but the food was average at best. We will not be returning anytime soon.

I love eating here in the summer in the lovely garden. Their brunch is delicious. I really enjoyed the egg sandwich. Will have to try dinner there.

Suggestions on what to order below. Would recommend to the restaurant to install a plexiglass transparent sheet on the bannister railing of the stairway thus avoiding the dust from pedestrians walking down falling on your food. Woe to those who have a table near the...More

We had lunch at Santina after walking the Highline. My wife had a calamari salad which was pretty tasteless. I had spaghetti with a crab tomato salsa. The food came to the table in 5 minutes, which makes me wonder if they don’t just microwave...More

Just an extraordinary dining experience. The atmosphere is alive with the vibe of the 'meat market' and West Village. The menu is interesting and creative. Suggest sharing a variety of offerings... nothing disappoints. It's pricy, but definitely a must destination in NYC. Check out the...More

After a visit to the Whitney Museum, we stopped by for brunch. The name initially struck me as Spanish or Mexican, but it is Italian with a focus on fish and vegetables. The decor is fanciful with Murano glass chandeliers. The host and our waiter...More

Such a vibrant and fun restaurant. But the food is just amazingly fresh and delicious. By far the BEST Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. I highly recommend sharing dishes with your party so you get to sample everything. My favourites were the butternut...More

Friendly service but the food was just ordinary. It's in a great location in Greenwich Village, under the HighLine and next to the Whitney Museum. The lamb meatballs were just ok, with some very sweetish sauce. We were looking forward to the pasta with pea...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you

Smart Casual would be fine, especially if you intend to go for a drink at one of the local bars afterwards.
