We came to dinner here before going to the theater. It's a busy (and somewhat noisy) restaurant, but we were seated by the window, so it was relatively calm. The dinner was excellent: two lechon (suckling pig) tacos, hamachi ceviche, and a chicken dish that...More

Great place for some high quality Mexican food. Tried their hamachi ceviche which was prepared more like a carpaccio. Full of flavors. Would absolutely have it again. Also tried the carne asada tacos, which were delicious. Allot more on the menu which looked enticing, so...More

Great location to eat before or after a show. Had reservations for 6:30 before our 8:00 show. It had to wait 20 minutes after we arrived for a table to open up. No good spot to wait in this small restaurant so we were basically...More

We stopped at Toloache after Wicked for dinner. Beautiful restaurant, cool atmosphere. Our waiter did not speak English and it was difficult to understand the menu. We ordered the special and it was very good, but not sure what it was called.

This place is very lively with authentic Mexican food and very good service. The cocktails that we ordered were excellent too. The only minus is that they shouldn't charge for some chips and salsa while you are waiting for the food.

They have a rib eye and carne asada (and menu is online). We didn't try either - but if they are equivalent in quality to their other dishes - I think you will be happy. Don't let the comments about "packing people in... More
