since we were staying in the hotel, we wanted easy place to hang for lunch. Such a fun place with AWESOME cocktails.

A bar, in my view, does not get much better than this if I could. Old school in flavour, typical Hugh end NYC prices, but a great spot to relax after work with a classic cocktail, friends and colleagues. It really is a destination. $$$
We sat in the bar behind the bar (doesn't open until after 5 p.m.). Warm, vibrant atmosphere. Servers are top-notch: great knowledge of the EXTENSIVE cocktail menu; and ready to make excellent suggestions. Snacks and finger food were also excellent. Great place to meet when...More
An extensive and innovative cocktail list, expertly executed, plus great bar snacks. Don't miss the signature hotdog, boneless fried chicken, and hamburger.

the bar was packed on saturday nite, so i asked the lovely woman at the front desk if we could get in: she called and two seats immediately became available at the bar. great martini. perfect service

While the ambiance of the Library Bar is appealing, there is nothing else positive to be said. I ordered a Mojito for a little under $20.00. The glass was tall and skinny. It had maybe 30 ml of liquid in the bottom and ice to...More
Post dinner hang out with friends brought us to NoMad which did not disappoint. I started with a soft cocktail, the paradise city to be exact. It was a tasty way to transition from dinner wine to cocktail mode. I asked the bar tender to...More
