If you are not staying at the hotel there is a $8.00 cover charge. Stretch out a good glass of wine for a full rotation of the 360 degree view of the city from 45 stories high - takes about an hour.

The one that I was in was the Merritt (the view) just of time square yes you can take the children and I don't know if drinks was included I hadn't got a child whit me it was 89 dollars for a adult but it was great the view... More

No dress code but if you want to feel comfortable, wear a nice shirt with a collar and nice dark jeans. For women, a nice blouse and black pants and your favorite dangly earrings. You're in NYC!
