This place offers a super neat chocolate experience! Order the chocolate fondue for dessert and you won't be let down. Come with an empty stomach to enjoy the food too!

I made a reservation for 7pm but wasn't seated until 30 or 35 minutes later. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. The restaurant has a keen sense for detail, everything was very unique and personal. Highly recommend the Italian thick hot chocolate.

I stumbled upon this chocoholic's heaven while looking for another store and I am so glad I did. Their prices are very reasonable for the top quality treats they serve. They do take reservations but I walked in early on New Year's Eve and there were no queues. Service is fast and efficient.

Never hesitate to pass by max brenner as it is indeed the best flatbread pizza and fondue and hazelnut crepe you can ever taste. The ambiance is so cozy though the queuing can reach 40 minutes but totally worth it! Do not miss it! We went three times in our 8 days vacation

We stayed in New York for six nights over the New Year period. Everywhere we visited for food the level of service was impeccable and probably reflective of the fact the service staff rely somewhat on tips. Everywhere that is, apart from this establishment. We were seated on the bar stools in two very cramped seats between people. That wasn't... More

Visiting New York for 5 nights our days were jam packed and so we decided to visit for breakfast. We arrived around 9am and had either missed the morning rush or were the only ones who wanted dessert this early as were the only ones in. I had chocolate cake and my husband had pancakes. Both delicious. Their Earl Grey... More

I took my wife here for brunch the first time we went and we loved the breakfast food. We love their chocolate and regular food as well. We have been there with our friends, family etc. It also used to be our midnight desert place when we craved some chocolate.

Go Go Go!! Take a taxi because it is a little confusing by subway. I am with my family of four. We had appetizers, dinner and each had an individual dessert, and I paid less than $200, which included the tip. The food was awesome. The service was great. We did have a reservation, which helped. We waited less than... More

This was a planned visit whilst we were walking back from visiting the financial district. The restaurant itself was quite spacious & had upstairs seating. The decor was quirky and the smell of chocolate hit you as you walked through the door. I opted for the peanut butter & banana crepes & was not disappointed. Overall this ranks as one... More

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to get a feel for this diverse and energetic neighborhood. You’ll find NYU students, street performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess. Stroll the streets to discover a mix of majestic town homes and hidden bars and restaurants that give this neighborhood an old-school residential feel. When the sun goes down, check out one of the famous jazz or comedy clubs that still packs them in every night.
