Name is definitely confusing (Chennai garden and tiffin wallah) but the food is good. You get lot of indian food variety within same menu.

Went here for dinner. First of all name is confusing. Is it tiffin wallah or chennai garden by tiffin wallah? We ordered aloo chaat and samosa chaat for appetizers. Samosa chaat was good but aloo chaat had no spices just bland. For entrees we didnt want to do dosa. So went with north Indian food. Daal makhani and paneer kofta.... More

Had dinner last night at this Indian restaurant. The Rawa idlis and Dahi wada were tasty. Also enjoyed the Rawa masala dosa!

This restaurant has fantastic food and good service. It is easily recognizable from the street by its green awning, and the Kadai Paneer is positively addictive. I was very pleased with the dining experience there and would gladly refer friends.

Had lunch today at Tiffin Wallah. The food was good, but I was disappointed that they didn't have Naan bread. It was very busy and most of the customers appeared to be to be Indian, which is a good indicator of authenticity, tasty Indian food.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I encountered in NYC and London. They serve delicious southern Indian food and their Dosas are delicious and unforgettable.

This place offers some amazing South Indian food options. Onion uttapam and dosa were too good. Do try the idli, wara and rasam bowl, it is spicy but very tasty. The atmosphere is not so amazing and neither is the layout very good, but the food compensates for all these things. Their service is very fast. We all liked the... More

Was disappointed by the food. Had no flavor. We were there with our kids and tried 7 dishes but not even one was any good. The chana / chole that came with bhature were disappointing. Papri chaat did not have papri in it but was made with namkeen sev. I am indian and know indian food well. First time I... More

If you like dosa, this is the place for you! We frequently dine at this establishment, and all of us today agreed that for some reason, it was the best dosa we have had here…ever. Masala & Paneer dosa plus a thali were the best today. Review remains the same for everything else that was mentioned in prior reviews. Can't... More
