My friends and I met at the bar nightly for drinks before dinner. We ate dinner twice at Niles, lunch twice and breakfast once. One of my favorite items on the menu was their Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad. It was so yummy. Each of my meals were very good, and my friends said the same thing. My favorite bar item... More

I spent 9 days in NYC in Oct 2016 and Niles was right next door to my hotel. It was great and I had several breakfasts in there and also had meals later in the day at the bar. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming and I also watched a few UK football matches whilst in there. I will... More

Met an old colleague for a business breakfast. We sat at the high tops in front of the bar at the window facing 7th ave. Remarkably professional service, great tea and coffee service. I had a nice waffle. Had a nice meeting with enough privacy.

I've been to Niles a few times and the quality has been consistent. This is a great "multi-purpose" restaurant in Midtown, steps away from Penn Station & the Garden. By multi purpose, I mean that its good for a business lunch/dinner, friends, date night, or a tourist visiting NYC. The prices are what I would expect with lunch burgers/wraps in... More

We dined at Niles Bar and Restaurant one evening during our recent stay at The Stewart Hotel. Our meal was delicious. I had scallops that melted in my mouth! The service was very good and the atmosphere was nice. The dining area is sets aside the bar area and there is a bit of a divide between the two areas,... More

We dined here with family including two 7 year old girls. They have a nice children's menu to offer and for the adults some delightful menu options. I had the Chilean sea bass with saffron rice. It was absolutely delicious. My family had the ahi tuna and the pretzel crusted chicken - all wonderful choices as well. They treated my... More

After trying unsuccessfully to get into a couple of other restaurants, my friend and I ended up having dinner at Niles Bar on a Wednesday evening. The food was okay. I had a salmon special, which was well prepared, and my friend had a dinner-size chopped salad. By New York standards, this is probably a below average restaurant, but the... More

Had breakfast here twice and the chocolate chip pancakes were good. Didn't have a chance to try the dinner but if you are a hotel guest you get 20% off your bill, dinner only.

We dropped the bags at our hotel and headed out to get a cocktail. Of course we used tripadvisor and found Niles nearby. It was late afternoon and the bar was pretty busy. We got lucky and sat at a highboy at the front window. It was perfect for people watching. The bar is beautiful with lighted tables and colorful... More

Niles NYC is uniquely located in Manhattan's most accessible neighborhood, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Niles offers a sleek setting with a contemporary American menu for an entertaining meal from morning till late night. Our semi-private dining room is the perfect place to host your business luncheons and private parties, all tailored specifically to suit your event.
