A friend and I took a chance and were very surprised at the variety and quality of food. The staff was friendly; the food delicious and the prices reasonable. We both would return.

My husband and I had dinner at Kefi based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. The restaurant is extremely spacious with a bar area on the street level, a main dining area a few steps up and additional seating in the lower level. The ambiance was casual and welcoming. As for the food, we shared... More
I have been here twice (once for dinner, once for brunch) and love it! Great atmosphere, great service. It's a super menu for adults and teens alike. The octopus is exceptional. I will return when I visit NYC again!
This is great Greek food - Mediterranean flavors, fresh ingredients, light and flavorful. Met up there with friends for dinner before attending a concert at Symphony Space. We were six, which was great because we could share lots of options. Definitely order the four-dip sampler, each one sets the bar of how these foods should taste. Much to my surprise,... More
We got a Groupon for Sunday brunch and felt guilty that we barely could touch our plates. It was so amazing and filling. I recommend the breakfast souvlaki and the sampler of dips. Their bottomless sangria was really good too. Don't miss this gem. The waitstaff (Diana) was great. We loved the whole experience.
It's difficult to write a bad review about a restaurant that has good reviews, which is why we went there in the first place! However a bad experience is a bad experience. The restaurant was full when we arrived at 7PM and full when we left at 9, and the noise level prevented normal conversation levels. The appetizer courses and... More
Among the appetizers listed, there are two meatball options. The better of the two options is the one described as Meatballs, Roasted Garlic, Olives, Tomatoes ($11.25), see my photo. The portion is large and delicious, enough for two people to share, which I recommend that you do. My delicious main course was the Grilled Branzino ($26.95) with fresh and tasty... More
We went during Restaurant Week but didn't eat off of that menu. We had mussels as a main, carrot soup and mac and cheese. Everything was great. The service was a bit slow but that's probably due to being busy.
Had a quick lunch after a long walk in the park, and the prix fixed lunch option was perfect. I had the meatball appetizer, burger and dessert. I have had a lot of burgers, this one was amongst the best. The roasted chicken and Greek potatoes in a lemon butter dill sauce was amazing.
Food was great. Service was outstanding and friendly. Helped with recommendations for food and wine. They sat us downstairs first we asked to be moved due to odor- seemed musty. No real wait on a Saturday night in July.
