Lived down the street from Sel Rrose for several years, been going there since it opened. The oysters and cocktails are still delicious, but the service has gone from erratic to downright non-existent. We had to beg for water and to re-order rounds of drinks....More

I would describe this as a great place for a nice night out. While the dishes are a bit pricey, it's worth it for the quality of food. I wouldn't necessary say it's a place worth going to more than once, but worth a visit.

Went in here with my family - we got 2 tables one of 4 , one of 5. We ordered wine and happy hour oysters. We were told we could only stay for 1 hour as a reservation was taking our table afterwards - no...More

A very cute place. Sat at the bar, but would have loved to sit at one of their several outdoor tables had the weather cooperated! Came for early evening drinks and apps. The cocktails were fabulous (a bit pricey, but nothing particularly out of the...More

Ive been there for the oysters and they have a good selection but the other plates are awful: very unhealthy, tons of oil and carbs and mixed with crisps?!?!?! The place looks nice, with dim lights and good seating definitely go there for the oysters...More

Sel Rrose provides one of the best oyster HH in NYC. They offer both East and West Coast oysters and have a variety of the East Coast ones. If you are looking for cheap oysters and something other than blue points, this is a place...More

Had a great evening here eating oysters and drinking cocktails. The oysters are so tasty and fresh and the waitresses/waiters all are well informed about the oysters and can give good recommendations based on your preferred taste! Would go back again!

The best thing I liked about this place was its unexpected gap between interior and exterior decors. Inside, the designer did a good job to create an atmosphere of rustic cafe in southern France while it looks just one of the old small workshops nearby...More

After wandering through stores for hours what could be better than a great cocktail and fantastic oysters and shrimp. Really!

Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and
smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like
entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle

stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up
at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from
the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many
bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where
