We ate here 3 times during our stay. The food is wonderful. It's authentic Italian food served in an authentic Italian restaurant. Everything comes in family sized portions which is enough to feed 2-3 people, so you only need to order a couple of dishes for a family of 4. The prices seem to be expensive at first but when... Just before seeing "Beautiful" across the street at the Stephen Sondheim Theater, we enjoyed a family meal at Tony's Di Napoli. We weren't looking for gourmet, just good spaghetti and meatballs (and wow, they were huge and tasty!) and chicken parm. Our waiter was attentive and excellent, though the place was full (customers waiting). Entrees are family-sized for sharing: we... More

Had dinner at Tony's. It was very busy and noisy. The atmosphere is New York style with pictures of celebrities on the walls. The food entrée's are huge ie. family style. Need to have a large group to take advantage. For two people we ordered one entrée and a size of pasta. Was plenty of food for us. Food is... More

Went for a late lunch 3:30 pm after an mid day tour of lower Manhattan on the Grey Line Bus tour. Seated in a back quiet booth as requested. In lieu of wine, we choose a cold Peroni and Heineken which hit the spot after an afternoon riding in a double decker bus in 81 degree weather. Uncertain what to... More

A real American/Italian theme. Food was amazing and all portions are to share. Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money.

Don't eat for the preceding twenty four hours if you're going for Dinner - the portions are enormous! We went on a Friday evening (you need to book in advance) and the place was 'rammed'. The sharing platters can easily be shared between two, three or even four. We had two starters, two platters of pasta, a couple of side... More

We arrived after dinner and chose all the special of the day. The service was very good. The waitress advised of the size of the servings and we decided to share. We are pleased we did because the servings are huge! Everything was delicious and dishes served to the surrounding tables also looked terrific, especially the meatballs. A terrific place... More

Tony's has served up some of the best old NY Italian favorites. Our cooking comes from Southern Neapolitan traditions and served up in huge family style platters that serve 2 to 3 people.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
