We called in on a busy Friday evening because of a recommendation by a friend. We were quickly shown to our table and greeted by our friendly waiter. The menus appear expensive however each meal serves 2-3 people so providing you can agree what to eat you're on to a winner. The couple we visited with ordered a side plate... More

The meatballs are divine as is all the pasta. I have eaten here on almost every visit to NYC. Moderately priced but excellent food with huge portions. The staff is always fun and polite. Come hungry.

Had a delicious meal at Tony Dinapoli's with a large group of colleagues. The pasta was delicious - especially the sausage pasta. The house wines were OK - nothing to rave about - but evening overall was excellent.

We had dinner here for a relative's graduation. It was a very busy night when we came. We had a party of 12 with a baby and seating was so tight, one with the baby was almost out of the table. They were unable to move us as we would have had to eat much later if we chose to... More

Don't go alone, it even as a couple. The dishes are family style. 4 people makes the perfect party. As a Canadian food blogger I can tell you that this was my first experience in a place like this and we will be return customers every time we return to NYC. The food was exceptionally delicious, legit Italian food. Try... More

We came here after my nephews graduation from the NY Police Academy and were not disappointed. Wonderful food and even received appetizers on the house to congratulate my nephew on his graduation and thank him for his service to the community! Great location right in Grand Central Station.

Had an amazing seafood linguini. Tomato sauce was so perfect, huge family style platter to share. Fresh crusty bread and Caesar salad in with the platter. $42 for 2...bargain! Extremely busy, not surprisingly.

Excellent choice for dinner. The waiters provide excellent service. Even though we have to wait for 45 minutes it's still worth it. Delicious will certainly go back again if I do visit New York the next time

Tony's has served up some of the best old NY Italian favorites. Our cooking comes from Southern Neapolitan traditions and served up in huge family style platters that serve 2 to 3 people.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
