Do not waste your time. Horrible food. Bread was this lifeless wheat. A poor excuse to use the venue as a "New York Deli" Just walk on by. Even worse the prices are horrible.

Lindy's is a decade's old theater stop, with famous cheese cake. The sandwiches and shakes are good, the deli sandwiches are very good, as are the sides and knishes. great for kids

Had breakfast here, but not great. Asked for a teaspoon here, which they then passed on to another table for their use. Their excuse to the customer whom they passed this to was 'we don't have enough for individual customers'. Just glad I got to use it first as I've never had to share cutlery before in a restaurant. Staff... More

We stopped by for dessert- late night. The service was slow, but the food made up for it. We had the Apple Crumb Pie with vanilla ice cream, pineapple cheese cake, Oreo cheesecake and the ice cream sandwich. Both pieces of cheesecake were creamy and delicious. The apple crumb pie which we ordered heated and with vanilla ice cream also... More

When all four diners choices are not available then this isn't a good sign. Second choices were available, but two of the four breakfasts arrived different to what was ordered. Pretty poor really!

We stopped here last night for dinner, prices were pretty high I thought for mains. Meals were brought out quickly though and service was fast and polite. Big meals as I've come to expect from NYC!

We foolishly walked in and ordered drinks then looked at the menu. $7 for a latte that was minute! We had 4 drinks, 2 slices of apple cake and 2 bagels - $70 later we left with a bitter taste in our mouth. It was a bad way to start our first morning in New York. Steer clear and go... More

Came for breakfast, table of 4, seated straight away which was good, the menu seamed good although I thought pricey, due to the price I thought the portions would have been on the larger side, sadly not, a jack Nicholson breackfast consisted of 2 eggs, 2 sausages OR 2 slices of bacon 1 slice of toast cut in half and... Lindy' was just outside the hotel and was great. We went their on our first morning for breakfast. The decor was great and and a New York authentic feel to it. I had pancakes, sausage and scrambled egg and it was nice. I love American pancakes with lots of maple syrup and this is what I got and would definitely... More

Cheesecake was very good! Enjoyed the environment and the employee was very nice. It was very busy and I was forgotten for a minute. But the cheesecake made it worth the wait. 👍🏽❤️

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
