Somewhat attentive service, waiters don't listen to what you say. Waited quite a while for our lunch, with very few others in the dining room.

To ensure i don't waste anyone's time i will admit that i although i am a foodie i am by no means an Italian connoisseur. Typically the only meal i eat at an Italian restaurant is a pizza however the other 2 guests in my party wanted to eat here after a late night up the Top of the Rock.... More

This is the place to go to. We stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance and we are so happy that we did so. We were greeted at the door by the owner, escorted to our table and the fun began. Our appetizers were wonderful. My main course of the Chicken Frances was superb and my husband's Shrimp was outstanding.... More

It was a Friday at lunchtime. I'd walked the high line both ways, been to Chelsea market etc and back down to the world trade centre etc. Came back up my way for lunch, had a good look around and decided on what I hoped would be authentic Italian. Went in, only managed a couple of steps in the door... More

After marathon walk around Central Park we found this little gem tucked away on 46th. Very welcoming staff. Usual fare for the genre but plenty of it. Did not leave hungry. I would recommend for families.

We found this place by accident when another place we had initially tried to gonto was booked. What a great turn in our fortune! The staff was nice, the food was great and they were extremely accommodating with our food allergies. Plus, the desserts....amazing! It was an expensive night, but the owner stopped by our table multiple times just to... More

I should have consulted TA before entering this restaurant, but has internet problems. Located in the Little Brazil St, they offer good pasta and beef, however the experience is obliterated by bad service and 'extorsions'. I asked for sparkling water, and the waiter brought me plain water; after I complained, he brought a 1-liter Peregrino water that cost me US$... More

A full family enjoyed the ravioli pomodoro and polo parmesan, Nice and basic good food. We did not like the sea food and they immediately replaced it with no problem. The little one enjoyed the margarita. Recomended , not cheap..

We were looking for a different restaurant but must have walked past it so decided to give this place a try as we only wanted pizza and a beer. ("How bad can it be?!") Turns out they don't do pizza and the food we had (lasagne and chicken Parmesan) was awful. The lasagne was made with chopped sausage and mascarpone,... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
