A group of business associates went there last night (Tuesday. We are from ages 35 to 55. Bartender who has NO personality insisted on seeing everyone’s ID. even put a flashlight up to the ID and matched it to our faces. Half of the group...left due to her treatment. No sure what the attraction is and how it’s lasted as long as it has. Place is long and very narrow Won’t returnMore

I was invited to Milano's by a friend. I thank him for it! Great place, interesting, service nice, good beer, and ambient is just ... wow. Will come back again. :)

What you see is what you get. A narrow bar with a juke box and a basic washroom. Friendly bartenders cheap drinks. Dark and dingey. What more could you ask for?

Fed up of over priced and over hyped manhattan. Popped in here cos I needed the loo - but what a find. Fabulous little bar with such a good vibe, great bar staff and cheap beer.

I loved this place! It's a proper character bar, with a really friendly atmosphere. Drinks are extremely reasonably priced and the juke box has a great selection of tunes. Can't wait to return!

One of the oldest still operating bars in New York City, small and well decorated, just the nesesary stuff and no fancy space occupying deco. Bartender is very friendly and firm, guests of all ages, perfect place if you are a bar lover. Order a...decent beer or shot and start to relax. Enjoy yourself and forget for a moment all your worries.More

This is exactly what a dive bar should be! Discovered Milano when waiting for a table at Emilio's Ballato next store. We could not have found a better place to wait. It has all the components necessary to make a perfect dive bar. The regulars...are priceless, as is the bartender. We had so much fun for the hour we were there and will return next time we are in the City!More

Good music, great (and cheap) assortment of beers, lovely bartender. A bar for a drink after work or some drinks after midnight.

Great place to hang out. Good drinks by friendly bartender with historic atmosphere and good music. We enjoyed drinks before dining next door at Ballato's. We will return.
