The chopped salad with tahini is amazing. The schnitzel was tasty too. The long line outside suggested how popular was this restaurant.

We stopped here as we were in dire need of a drink and some shade as it was so hot. The restaurant was very busy but we managed to get a small table tucked away in a corner. Once we looked at the menu we decided to have something to eat. I had the Greek salad whereas my husband had... More

It's unusual for me to dine alone and when I approached the location around lunchtime, the swell of people causally quite happily waiting outside, seemed ominous. My wait of 15 minutes was less than most but it was worth every second. The dips and hummus were very tasty and my chicken schnitzel salad was the best meal I've had for... More

We waited about 45 minutes to get one appetizer, then at least another half hour to get our lunch entrees. Food was tasty. Service friendly and apologetic, but apologies can only go so far when the food doesn't arrive. Because of the slow service I don't think I'll return.

We visited on a Friday night and lo and behold we found parking just around the block! In Greenwich Village! Ok it was a summer night at 7pm but the night was off to a good start. This restaurant was no let down. The menu is interesting and varied and includes great hummus and falafel. The salads were also good.... More

The food in this small restaurant is delicious, and reasonably priced. The food includes Israeli dishes and Russian dishes, as well as enough American fare to please most palates. The service was exceptional. This became one of my favorite places to eat in NYC.

Literally one of the best Israeli food I've eaten in America so far. We had falafel and hummus to start followed by two sabich sandwiches. The weather was perfect and the waitress really nice. Will definitely come again! Mazeltov!

We ate in 12 chairs as part of our visit to explore West Village, we were glad we took the effort to find it. It is a small cozy place, with a good selection of food. We enjoyed their hummus and bread as appetizer, and our orders of hamburger and fried chicken liver were sizable and delicious.
