Warm lovely atmosphere, especially appreciated on a cold rainy afternoon.. The scones were sublimely flaky and buttery. Sesame chicken salad sandwiches were amazing. The service was excellent.Highly recommended.

The most charming restaurant to have high tea in Manhattan. Excellent service, perfect selection of open sandwiches, scones with fresh cream, strawberries dipped in chocolate, and petit fours. But it is the setting where this takes place that nakes this a unique experience.
