We stopped at this restaurant while touring Little Italy because we liked the atmosphere of the tables along the outside patio. We totally enjoyed watching all the action going on the street as well as our host out trying to convince passersby's that this was the place they should eat lunch. Our servers were very friendly and polite. The recognised... More

We had spegetti seafood and a specialty of the day which was lamb, spinach. The food was not as good quality as the price was High. We payed total 105$ incl 2 glas normal Wine. If you dont go away happy from a Italien restaurant it is not a good Italien restaurant - end of story.

We came to this restaurant during the day whilst visiting little Italy. The food was horrible not an Italian restaurant at all, we ordered carbonara and bolognese, sauces were very runny and greasy and very low quality ingredients. Spaghetti weren't cooked properly. We felt ill 5 min after leaving! This left us both with a dodgy stomach for the rest... More

Great Italian stylish restaurant in the middle of little Italy. The food was so delicious and tasty and combined with the perfect wine recommended by the waiter. Service was excellent, always friendly and patient fulfilling our wishes. My wife and I could not have found a better place for our 15th wedding anniversary.

The best veal chop we have ever eaten. We return here over and over to enjoy dinner in an old fashioned family restaurant.

Lynn and I were fortunate to be able to stumble on to Little Italy's famous San Gennaro Festival during a recent visit to NYC. Lynn and I shared a Rustico Pizza at Casa Bella on Mulberry Street which included sausage, pepperoni and cheese which was hot, spicy and delicious. We ate on the patio right on Mulberry Street where we... More

Found this restaurant attending the San Gennaro festival while visiting New York Menu looked apealing but what a mistake. Shared an order of sausage and peppers and a salad. Bread brought to the table was stale. Told the waiter and brought new bread that was toasted. When asked why it was toasted the reply was "the boss told me to... More

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
