I've gone here for years, primarily for dinner, and am never disappointed. The food is always good and priced very reasonably. The waiters are great and the wine selection is top notch. You can dine along the windows or outside. I find the fish dishes are great as are the vegetables. And, who can't pass up les frites!! Yumm.

This place is convenient if you are in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way. The food is good, basic with nice presentation. However service can ignore you for stretches at a time. Most importantly, it is quite overpriced, expect a hefty NYC sized bill.

Cute cafe in uptown. Lots of menu options and drinks. The hummus was great! So was the passim fruit mimosa! Plenty of shade of you decide to sit outside.

Three of us enjoyed dinner here last night. One had the onion soup which was exactly as expected. One had the cucumber soup of the day and the roast chicken and loved both. The third person enjoyed the leg of lamb. Service was attentive and friendly. The outside patio on the side allows you the be joy sitting outside while... More

On our resent visit, we enjoyed the dinner at French Roast. Our party included three adults, teenager and a child. We all were very happy with the Parisian cuisine and service of this restaurant.

I went to this charming cafe for a late breakfast on a Wednesday morning. I had the eggs benedict, and I truly believe that the hollandaise sauce was the best I have ever had. I had some fresh greens on the side, and they were dressed with an incredible honey dijon dressing that had a great kick to it. The... More

We've been brunching at the French roast since we met on there on match.com 14 years ago. We are locals and live only four blocks away and visit usually once a week. The food is always fresh and tasty. It's a bit more expensive than the diners, but the food is at least a level or two better. Friendly and... More
