Very nice and Real Italian restaurant in East Village. I love bruscetta and antipasti. Secondi was little too salty. Prices are incredible cheap. It was too loud but what you are going to do, everything comes with something. I çözüldü easily go there again.

This was an amazing restaurant. It is small and you wouldn't assume it was a great as it is upon entering but it was terrific from start to finish. The food was authentic Italian. I've been to Italy many times and the food here rivalled any had there. The staff was friendly, helpful and provided suggestions on both the food... More

Small, but quaint. Food was VERY good. Had a great, reasonably priced bottle of wine, too. Desert was good also.

Average italian food. A little bit pricey for the quality. Remember that you have to add to the total amount taxes (almost 10%) and tips (20%, that's a lot for the kind of service you receive)

Really nice restaurant I had a rigatoni that was really good. Helpful waitress that recommended some good choices for desserts and wines. The Argentinian Malbec was drinkable but not great hence the 4 rather than five star rating. Well worth a visit.

Oh my God those bruscetta! We had a great meal in Via della pace, enjoying from the starter to the dessert! They can make pasta as you would taste in Italy, and they will find the best wine to have with your tagliatelli or with whatever you'll order! And those smiles as well: Laura and Giannarco were the best waiters... More

We were trying to find their pizzeria but we decided to eat here. The service was great and it was definitely a neighborhood restaurant. I had the panini and my mom had the pancakes that were on the brunch menu. We thought it was delicious.

Staying in East Village

Neighborhood Profile
East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village, which offers plenty of unique small businesses catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the old-time neighborhood feel that you can still experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to wander up and down the streets searching for the newest hip spot, or an old-school favorite. In the center of the neighborhood, Tompkins Square Park serves as a gathering point for the New Yorkers that call the East Village home. The people-watching here is hard to beat.
