Love this place! It’s small with a couple of tables inside and three outside, but the food was delicious. The Falafel Sandwich is amazing, and the Humous and Tahini are yummy. The prices are reasonable, around $20 for lunch for two. Worth a visit!

My husband and I were looking for a quick lunch that did not break the bank, and was not too elaborate. Sido fit the bill quite nicely. We loved the felafel, the fatoush salad, the tabouli and hummus with the hot sauce. Service was speedy...and attentive. Many of the restaurants in that area are very high priced, and not always that great.More

Despite the small small place, the service is quick and the food is ok. You can find plenty of dishes of the Middle Eastern kitchen and all dishes are inviting. I am sorry to read bad comments on this place. According to my personal experience...of traveller in the Middle East this restaurant has nothing to envy to other places and the kitchen reflects the one of the Middle EastMore

Just returned to Sido for another meal of fresh, middle eastern delights served up by the friendly, cordial staff. If you like this type of food, it doesn't get any better than this. The place is very informal, very blue jeans casual, but their good...is fit for royalty! Great to for take-home, take-out, too.More

We were strolling the UWS in search of a light lunch, and spotted some delectable-looking dishes at Sido's outdoor tables, so we gave it a try. It proved to be an inspired choice. They offered a nice selection of Middle Eastern dishes at very reasonable...prices. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the food outstanding. Our hummus plate was more than ample, served with hot, fresh pita and a slightly spicy dipping sauce. Many of the customers appeared to be locals/regulars--another good sign. Recommend highly!More

Sido is a good Mexican joint really small but amazing falafel.. they have a spicy dip that’ really make the whole pita tasty to have .. they have veg and non veg food option..we went with three kids 5 year old ones also so they...could also have their salad and falafel All in all if you are looking for a good veg meal and even non veg not very expensive but tasty and ready to sacrifice ambience go for it ..!More

We had a snack here for lunch, two different sandwiches. Both were tasty, not quite large actually but perfect as a snack. As you pay more than 6 USD per sandwich, they were a little small in my eyes. Nonetheless they tasted good and the...staff was friendly, so we had a good time here.More

This charming storefront restaurant and take-out is staffed by very friendly and cordial people, and the food is just great. They offer an excellent menu of casual but healthy and delicious middle eastern foods, plates and sandwiches, plus what I think is the world's best-ever...white lentil soup. They offer falafel, hummus and baba ghannnouj, as well as great salads, grilled sandwiches and platters, and several vegeterian dishes. Strictly casual, but delicious.More

Really great service and charming management, especially with kids and intruding them to middle eastern/Mediterranean food. The food is simply exceptional and fresh. Quick, simple casual atmosphere.
