We found the chef uninterested to serve food that we could eat due to our allergies. Serving staff were not ver helpful either.

We went on our first night, not too sure where to go. We had ribs and sliders, both very stiffly priced. The ribs were dry with disappointing side dishes and the sliders no better than a burger from a fast food restaurant.

Didn't really like the lay out of the restaurant feels a little grubby and messy, also cramped. The food wasn't bad, nothing exceptional. Very expensive for what it is. Service was good but the waitress was OTT, too much for me, obviously trying for tips. The toilets were disgusting, dirty and smelly. I have been to loads of TGI before,... More

We checked in to our hotel and went looking for something to eat. We saw TGI Fridays. W decided to try it, Great service, wonderful food. Did I saw great friendly service, an oddity in New York. Clean great food, what more could you want.

Having walked into this restaurant off 5th avenue I thought that this restaurant might have a slightly more modern interior/decor than an "out of town" restaurant. Turns out it was old and run down - but that isn't even the issue. When it's filthy dirty and worn out you start to worry about the hygiene of the kitchen as well.... More

Having tried TGI's in England we thought we would see how the Americans do it. Not a lot different to be honest. As always the food was good without being anything to write home about. The service was a bit below par if anything, I was expecting more as the waiters usually work hard for their tips.

We waited 10min at least for our waiter to get our drink order. Then it took a long time for our food to come out. The atmosphere were ok. It was REALLY hot, we had to sit on the top floor. It was about 45 deg outside but at least 80 inside. They had to turn fans on. Once we... More

food was fine. Service was slow and the staff seemed to be changing shift and arguing with each other. Took too long to take order ...but mainly the place was just shabby and I would have walked out except my companion was so hungry she didn't have the energy. Normally I enjoy TGIFs, but not this one.

This was not a good experience. The food was okay, but most of the thing on the menu was changed with something else. The service was okay. But what draged the hole experience down was the location. Cold open space with weird seatings.

Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
