My son and daughter-in-law (we are from upstate NY, Binghamton area) had chosen this restaurant sight unseen for a “date night” while we were visiting a friend in Manhattan. They raved about their meals so much that my friend and I had to go there...ourselves the next night. It did not disappoint! (My son had had the delicious feiojada). First we shared a Caesar salad with a great dressing. Then I had the branzino and shrimp, recommended by my daughter-in-law. It was a real taste treat, with an amazing sauce and served over chunks of butternut squash. Very original, and a blending of flavors to die for! My friend had the Espeto de Churrasco Misto, a wonderful dish with grilled chunks of steak, chicken and pork, with a delicious vinaigrette dressing on the side. We both loved the accompanying beans, rice, and homemade potato chip rounds and fried yucca flour to sprinkle. The waitstaff was wonderful, and so friendly and just attentive enough! This is now at the top of my must-do Manhattan restaurant short list for every time I visit!More

The attendant Karllo is great! As all the staff btw. The food is good but not great. I had a Feijoada but I assume that because we don't have the same meats than in Brazil like the dry meat they made the best to get...closer to our original flavor. The caipirinha was good but the glass is too small . The saldadinhos were delicious. Probably the best meal of my order. I thought that the price is high but they are in a location where the rent is very expensive. Anyways, if you have better options go for it. If not it's a good place to stop at least once.More

We happened by this place and it did not disappoint my pasta-centric daughter (there was one fettucini dish), and for my meat-driven daughter, her steak was fabulous. Delicious black bean and rice came with all the dishes (except pasta) which I didn't know and instead,...filled up on the delicious bread!More

My husband and I used to come here when I would come to NYC for work over 20 years ago. We just came back and were so happy at this restaurant still has the most amazing food and wonderful service! Don’t miss the Gaucho steak...and beef empanadas. The rice and beans are the best I’ve ever tasted and their drinks are wonderful too. Conveniently located near Timesquare and Rockefeller Center- don’t miss out!More

When we are in New York, we love coming to this typical Brazilian restaurant. We have tasted several dishes, both meat and fish/seafood, and we have always been very satisfied. Reasonable prices, considering we are in Manhattan. Friendly and attentive service. Recommended!

Great food with great service! Delicious food with lots of choices. I had a shrimp dish served with an amazing sauce in an acorn squash. Lots of gluten free options, including Brazilian cheese bread! The absolute best crem brûlée I have ever had.

The food was amazing and I discovered Brazilian vinaigrette. I had the steak with tons of vinaigrette. It was perfectly cooked and the perfect portion size. Our waiter Joao was very attentive and even told me the ingredients in the vinaigrette so I can make...it for myself.More

Food was good. Ok atmosphere was fine. Got the beef strogonof. Was good and rich. Came with rice and beans. Did not understand the point of the potato sticks. They had not reason to be with the dish. Sister got the chicken and spinach risotto....Rice was not done enough. Otherwise pretty good.More

We stayed opposite at Cambria Hotel and went twice here. The team recognized us at our second stay and the service was great. Good Brasil food and well cooked and served. We would also go for a third time but also want to give other...restaurants a chance. If we are coming back to NYC it will be for sure one of our favorite restaurants in town.More

3 of us went here for dinner. Hot bread served with butter and then main meals. 2 had the fish special and I had the chicken with ginger and lemon with mashed potato. All really nice. Hubby had a molten chocolate dessert which again was...lovely. I thought it a little expensive but you are in NYC so will pay more. Good food and service.More
