I ate dinner here with a good buddy. All their food is kosher and mouth-watering. I was overwhelmed by all the bagels, salads, and smoothies they offered. I ordered the Israeli salad, an “everything“ bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon (aka “lox”) and decaf...coffee. I chose the Israeli salad because I never ate it before, and it was really delicious. It consisted of very tiny pieces of at least 5 vegetables that you would find in a salad you could make at home: cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, carrot and possibly radish, but check with them-they know exactly. I enjoyed eating everything I ordered. The wait staff was Carmella, Denise, Michael and Freddy. Each one was friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about their menu. It was obvious they wanted their guests to have a great time. My dinner came to just under $23 with tip.More

One of the few Kosher eateries in the Stuyvesand Town area. Very good dairy and fish breakfast lunch dinner.

The place has a huge variety of choices, from bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, breakfast and salads per pound. The service was quick and friendly. The only thing that I disliked was the coffee which was way too sweet.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning and the place was empty. I tried a few bagels and spreads and it was just OK for NY bagels. Next time I'm going to keep walking and try some of the other spots nearby.

Bagel Boss has fresh bagels and delicious vegan cream cheese! So many choices on the bagels, it was hard to decide what to get. I bought one bagel to eat there and 2 rainbow bagels to take on the plane back to my kids.....DELISH!

Nice place, tasty bagels, kind service. A variety of salads, knishes, pizzas and paninis. And very conveniently kosher.

You walk in and have to squeeze past the people ordering. The way the shop is set up is just uncomfortable. You have to jostle with people to get by, and no one knows who's turn it is or whose space is whose. The bagels...are okay, and the lunch specials are nice because they include a drink, pickle and side salad. And if you keep kosher it's obviously nice to have this place here. You can sit down if there's a spot. But like I said, very crowded by the door. I hate the squeeze.More

I love this place! Every time we go I want to take the whole store with me and bring it home to my neighborhood. I love everything about it. The bagels are fresh and delicious. Their soups are amazing- tasty, filling, always a nice variety....They have breakfast specials-eggs, any style- that come with a bagel. They have every type of salad or spread you want for your bagel. I ordered whitefish, and had the best whitefish salad on a bagel (sesame) I have ever had- big chunks of whitefish! It's a small place with a big personality. I appreciate the servers who have infinite patience and welcoming smiles.More

Our reason for choosing Bagel Boss was (according to our internet research) they are the only place in Manhattan serving Rainbow Bagels. They were good and very pretty! They had a ton of fresh, homemade cream cheese options. I got the Funfetti Cream Cheese on...my bagel. The first few bites were delicious, but it was a lot of sugar by the end of my breakfast. If I went back, I would probably try regular or chive cream cheese instead. The window display of Bagel Boss is so cute. They had a lot of colorful and seasonal baked goods on display. The inside is fairly small, but there are a few tables. Bagel Boss is an ideal place for a quick stop for freshly made food. Service isn't really their forte, as none of the employees smiled once, despite our best efforts to be friendly. Despite the grouchy people at the counter, I would still like to return to try some of their breakfast sandwiches, lox, salads and baked goods.More

Nothing more to say. Great Pizza great bagels. I wish they delivered at night too (every time we want them to deliver after 9 pm they say that they don't, and over the weekends they don't deliver after 6 pm or something like that)
