This place has great BBQ, friendly employees and it is super clean. Atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I got the ribs and brisket and it was amazing. I would recommend trying this place out!

Great, full house, atmosphere with bbq smells wafting through the restaurant. We were on a family visit and we each had a different meal from the menu, from ribs, southern chicken to beef rib which were all full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and gave us good advice regarding what to choose. The drinks... More

As a self-professed barbecue snob I was skeptical of trying BBQ in NYC (or anywhere north of the Mason-Dixon line but this was place was great. Our table tried a variety of meats and all were well prepared, including the sides. A little pricey but, hey, this is NYC. Great dinner experience.

If you can handle kitschy Texas-y decor & waiters wearing cowboy attire go there for great food. Terrific cornbread Madeleines will get you started proper and then move on to any of the mains - they all are good. We went as a family of 4 & each ordered something different - ribs & brisket were a standout, but the... More

I was there to check out some jazz at the Jazz Standard which is the club below Blue Smoke. I had the wings (amazing), macaroni & cheese (amazing), ribs (amazing), potato salad (pretty good)...can't go wrong! Didn't have dessert, but the key lime pie and banana creme pies looked awesome...

Very good overall! Starter: we got the chicken wings. Delicious! Big portion, excelllent for sharing Main: we got the baby back ribs (30 USD with 2 sides) and the pork belly (extra 5 USD). They were really tasty, especially the ribs. Friendly, helpful service. Value for money overall

This place was perfect. We visited on a Saturday around 4pm and the atmosphere was great. A really calm vibe and so comfortable. More importantly however the food was sooooo great. I would most highly recommend the brisket which was the best we've ever tasted. Excellent portion sizes and incredible taste for a very reasonable price! Stop thinking just go!!

Was recommended this place for the Ribs as a classic American smokehouse restaurant and was not disappointed. We started with some wings and Lamb Belly cracklings to share and the wings were fabulous. The waiter we had was recommending beers based on our taste and all were American beers on tap including some IPA's. To the main event, the ribs,... More

We ended up here only because the restaurant we planned on going to had a 45 minute wait...best luck ever!! I'm not even a huge BBQ fan, but it was fabulous! We each got something different so we could sample, and everything was spectacular! Pleasant staff, HUGE space, esp. for NYC...I will definitely recommend!!
