The cafe is so cute and made with love. A great variety of teas, sweet teas and breakfast. The scones are yummy as hell. Only one tiny advice: please serve milk with the granola as it's just too dusty with one spoon of yoghurt. 🤓

Serving tea to kids in chipped cups does not go down well with me as a parent. Service is poor (especially in the front!), the place is very loud, and food is just ok. There are for sure better places for the price.

Although I enjoyed the ambiance at Chapter 2 beter than Chapter 1, I still enjoy visiting Alice's everytime I come to New York. Great tea selection, wonderdul scones. I've only had breakfast here, and love the pumpkin pancakes. Price is a little high, but I still recommend it.

Ducked in here to get out of the rain & was seated right away, although it was very busy. Overall a pleasant experience. A large tea selection is offered. A big pot holds enough to float a boat! Good service with helpful recommendations. I was a tiny bit disappointed by the scones. I'd rate them a 7 or 8. Kids... More

The place is all decorated based on Alice's book! Very charmed and pretty. You have to try the cupcakes, the red velvet is my favorite. It is a nice to place to brunch or lunch as well. It is located in the Upper West, a such a nice area em NY. Ir worth it to go!

Recommended for a hearty breakfast in New York! I ordered the chicken sausage breakfast and my girlfriend had the smoked salmon. Both were delicious. Aside for the food, the decor is interesting and I'd imagine that the long long list of available teas is a tea lovers dream!

I read good reviews about this place before I went, but I was very disappointed with their Chapter II location. I read that this would be a great place to have a mother-daughter tea, but I strongly disagree. First of all, I thought I read that they would hand out fairy wings to the children so that they could wear... More

My husband found this online and we decided to go, thinking it was Alice in Wonderland themed. It wasn't. Whilst the food was really good, the price to me, was reflective of a more entertaining experience and it wasn't. Breakfast cost us over $40!

Tried afternoon tea here with my wife. Small place decorately simply. Had to wait 10 minutes for a table that was empty and set the entire time we waited - unclear why. Nice tea selection. Large pots of tea are really large - I had at least 5 decent size cups of tea and still had plenty left in my... More

This cafe was oversold to me by a friend. The way it was explained to me I was expecting more of an Alice in Wonderland theme with distorted sizes of objects, Cheshire cat and so on. The cafe is instead, somewhat pretty, but also somewhat tacky with old paintings on the walls. I ordered the 2 scones and tea whilst... More
