Pizza - Great tomato sauce, lovely mozzarella, greeeeeat crust. If close to Times Square, check it out. I recommend the Caprese on the side. Great pesto, lovely mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. A plus for a small selection of craftbeers.

It's not often I write poor reviews but I feel compelled to write what a dreadful experience this restaurant subjected me to. When you enter the restaurant, ignore all the pictures on the walls of famous people because it means absolutely nothing if the food is awful. When handed the menu there is a brief introduction of how Angelo first... More

A quaint little pizzeria not too far of a walk from Central Park. Went on a recommendation from a friend and we were NOT disappointed! Excellent service. Salads were delicious, pizza was amazing - great wine - we were loving it. Small place but very cozy!

This was a good pizza place close to our hotel, with free delivery. Price was reasonable, not much more than I pay for the same pizza in my town in coastal Maine. Pizza was delivered quickly, within 1/2 hour of my order, it was hot and tasty.

Angelo's was offered as an authentic pizza and Italian restaurant. It was very pleasant and had a nice atmosphere. However, the food (we had a pizza and a spaghetti) would not stack up against Italian tastes. We enjoyed our meal but the cooking was not exceptional. It needs to try harder in the kitchen.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant and passed Angelo's walking. Looked at the menu, went back to the hotel and looked around a bit more. We decided on Angelo's and boy are we sure glad we did. Started with the fried zucchini and eggplant, which was fabulous. My wife usually does not eat either, and couldn't get enough! For... More

There were 5 of us. The kids had what they called a great Pizza. Nice thin crust. My wife and I had Chicken Marsala. It was very good and the chicken was tender enough we cut it with a fork. Service was excellent.

Walked a few blocks to find this place, but worth the trip. The salads are large enough to split between two people and quite tasty! The pepperoni and mushroom pizza was so good, there was only one piece left from a large helping! An expensive "Pizza Night", but worth it!

The meatballs were delicious but I could not get my mind off the Tiramisu. The pizzas are great, the staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you go to New York, go to Angelo's. They even boxed up the remains pizza for us to takeaway. Wonderful place.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
