We went to Knickerbocker after the NHL match and we went for the typical T-bone for 2 ($43 p. Person). It was the best meal I had whilst my stay in NY. The meat was absolutely amazing and seemed as butter and the quantity was way too generous (3 hungry people could have eaten it comfortably). We went for wine... More

Great place with a relax ambience. Loved the JAZZ, Mr.Silverman was extremely great playing Jazz. The food was excellent loved the steak. And a must try chocolate soufflé was amazing😁.

When my friends and I are in the mood for steak we go to the Knick for the T bone. The steak is juicy, sliced and comes on a big platter. Everybody gets a side dish, my favorite is the blue cheese truffle fries. The atmosphere is classic, old school NY. Our server Maria was charming and helped a friend... More

Family members who live in Manhattan recommended this place for brunch and joined us there. It's a lovely, traditional pub-style setting located near NYU, steps from the subway. The brunch menu was traditional too, and very reasonably priced by any standards, especially those of New York City. My omelet was creamy and flavorful. My husband enjoyed his lamb burger. Service... Located a short walk south of Union Square, Knickerbockers is one of our most reliable restaurants anywhere. They are of course known for their steaks, which I have had here and really enjoyed. There are other choices, however. We ere looking for an early dinner and noticed that there is a nine ounce burger, with cheese and bacon, served with... More

Like most NYC steak houses, very acceptable meat, good service, good sides. Wine list not as long as many steak houses. Very generous pour on the bourbon. Good local spot.

We first tried Knickerbocker's years ago, and were struck by the ultimate goodness of its huge steaks and creamed spinach. The quality is still there. Service is excellent. Go early, go often.

We had a very nice dinner in the lounge, eating a delicious hamburger and an acceptable pasta for US standards. Bread and water were abundant and the waitress really nice. Prices are more then reasonable for NY and Manhattan. We really enjoyed it!

The setting is a delight, the service is terrific, but the two dishes we ate today were seriously disappointing. I had the Mediterranean Pasta Salad, which tasted like it was prepared using a recipe from the 1940's (which works with the restaurants decor, but not for the modern palate!). My friend had a salad with chicken. When I asked him... More

We had dinner at the Knickerbocker Grill at the recommendation of a good friend - we ate late, after a play. One of our party of 3 had the caviar pie as an appetizer, and another had the Wedge Salad. Our mains were a Knickerbocker Burger, Filet Mignon and Calves Liver, all cooked to perfection - the ambiance is incredible... More
